У нас прошла свадьба в Рамаде в зале «Сенатор».Хотим поблагодарить вас и всю команду Рамады за ваш профессионализм! Мне понравилось абсолютно все! Шикарный зал, интерьер! Внимательные официанты и администратор зала. На любую просьбу откликались и помогали. Еда и ее подача была просто шикарная, это отметили все гости. И отдельное администратору Анастасии! Всегда была на связи, помогала, советовала и шла навстречу! Наша свадьба прошла просто шикарно, спасибо вам большое ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Перед заселением нам любезно показали несколько номеров на выбор. На 5 этаже ДЕЛЮКС с видом во двор вполне тихий и даже обзорно на купола. Было также видно немножко стройки и крана ,кстати,на удивление тихая стройка оказалась и совершенно не мешала,но слегка портила вид. Девочки на ресепшен очень приветливы и клиентоориентированы. Все наши просьбы и пожелания выполнялись любезно и своевременно . Побольше водички в номер? Пожалуйста! Уборка в удобное для нас время ? Пожалуйста! Кровать огромная) Халат, тапочки, спонжики, палочки, пилочка, санитайзер для рук, зубная щетка и паста Сплат( приятная, кстати), гель для душа, шампунь и кондиционер не вау, но и не средство для мытья посуды. Душевая кабина просторная, напор воды хороший, но пооосторожней с горячей водой, это ж прям кипяток, а не еле теплое журчание😂 Эх, если бы ещё биде или функционал гигиенического душа для унитаза присутствовали, то ванная комната была бы на 5 с плюсом. Отдельная песня: завтраки !!! Поверьте , мы путешествуем много и по отелям 5*. Риксос, Софитель, Шератон, Хилтон , Глория, МаксРояль-это неполный перечень , поэтому имеем представление о вкусной еде. Здесь стол был небольшой, но почти всё вкусно, особенно сырники, овсянка как дома) яичница непережаренная!!!, приличный сервелат и сырокопченка, ветчина. Есть станция ПП. Немного подкачала сладкая выпечка , ну и хорошо, чтобы не поправиться))) Вполне приличный кофе. Администратор зала очень приятный парень 👍 Вылет у нас поздно вечером, и нам любезно разрешили оставаться в номере после 12 ч без доплаты . Спасибо большое 🙏🏻 В общем, рекомендую**** Если будем в Казани, знаем где остановиться)))

Convenient location, close to all attractions, parking available and it’s very convenient, spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, friendly staff! If my husband and I go to Kazan, then whenever possible we try to book the Ramada Hotel.
