Hotels near Willow Park Shopping Centre, Kelowna

The rooms are large and updated, the beds are comfortable and the staff is great. So friendly and gave us extra items we needed i.e. towels, coffee, key cards and ducks :). There were 11 of us who stayed and they were able to accommodate us staying close to one another. We were prepared for the noise and all brought ear plugs. There is construction right behind the hotel and will be for a while, so prepare yourselves with ear plugs. The pool though.... It is NOT refreshing. It was about 27 degrees outside and the pool might as well have been soup. The temperature definitely needs dropped a few degrees. We enjoyed the 10% off at Ricky's across the parking lot and were really treated well by the wait staff there. There is also a Starbucks in the same parking lot for that extra kick of caffeine. Would 100% stay here again.

The hotel was a simple, understated, clean, affordable place to sleep. The bed & pillows were so comfortable. Compared to some of the more expensive brand name hotels this one got one big thing right….an outlet with a mirror in a room other than the bathroom. Makes life easier when there is more than one person trying to get ready at the same time. The continental breakfast was missing tea so thankful for a Starbucks across the street. 20 min walk into the restaurant district & beach.

Breakfast is small, Western style. The parking on the front side of the door is free of charge. The underground parking lot of the hotel is small. You need to brush the door to open the door. The street opposite the street is a bar, a bit noisy. The location is OK, just outside the hotel and turn right, not far away is Lake Okana. The choice is mainly because the price is not expensive.

My wife and I stayed here for four nights on our tour of western BC. I will start with the good points of this property. The location can't be beat; right on the lake and a short walk to the beach, many restaurants, shopping, etc. The grounds and common areas are really nice and well kept. Our room was very spacious and we had a nice view of the lake. Check in was quick and staff seemed very helpful. There is a little store on site with a Starbucks which was very handy. pricing was ridiculous in my opinion: $ 5 for a donut and $ 12 for a small fruit cup? As others have mentioned, parking is $ 30 / night which is a little steep for a small town (we paid less in downtown Vancouver) and the resort fee is a joke. You have to pay it whether you use the amenities or not, so for us, our $ 80 (four days at $ 20 / day) got us two free cans of beer and $ 20 off a very mediocre meal in the restaurant. I think they'd be far better off burying the $ 20.00 into the price of the room. The disappointments: air conditioner in our room was very loud, furnishing were a bit dated and showing some age and the wifi was slow; almost unusable at times. At nearly $ 2,600 for 4 nights, parking, taxes, resort fees and one sub-par meal included, everything about your stay should be exceptional. If back in Kelowna, we would definitely consider staying here again, based mainly on location.

The service staff in this hotel are like the bandits. At 11 o’clock, Ctrip came to the customer service and told me to verify it. It’s an extra authorization... I really am Spit up. Since I authorized you to tell me in advance! Say two hundred. I deducted more than three hundred and didn’t admit it at the beginning. At the end, I told me that it was all I authorized. I didn’t have the money to hold for you. It’s just that I didn’t do business like this. I told people to hold two hundred and the result was more than three hundred. . Breaking the hotel’s service policy is simply a banditry logic. If you rob someone of your family’s forcible death, you won’t admit it. In the end, all the evidence is displayed. I told me that it was an extra authorization. So why didn't you admit it at first, you are a broken hotel. It's really annoying. It's a big one! And I forgot to say. Why would you give me a two-bedroom suite for my one-bedroom suite? I don’t understand. Did you sell my room? I rely on Why do I need such a big room? My girlfriend and I sleep in separate beds, right? Vomit really The hotel is dying. It’s the same as the room for an 80-90-year-old man. I’m really sorry to have this hotel. I slept for five or six hours at 1,000 yuan. I was held for more than 1,500... Tour. I vomit. The experience is terrible. I came out to travel and encountered this kind of black spot hotel bandit hotel and encountered this kind of bandit customer service staff.

Loved it !!! Best location good easy check in and check out !! Never had to go to front desk due to the amazing information in side the lobby and room about hotel . Will be back :)

Had a snafu between the off site call centre and Manteo. Front desk supervisor upgraded us on the spot. Beauty suite overlooking the lake. We enjoyed a top shelf lunch in the Manteo restaurant, a fun whisky tasting at the Eldorado, and a great breakfast at the El the next morning with visiting family. Many staff are new but they did themselves proud.

Thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay on 20th Sept. The gym was functional and spacious enough to raise the heart rate and ensure that I had a good work out. Loved the bedroom and the layout. Pristine and very well thought out. Breakfast was more than plentiful and lots of variety. Best of all the rate was awesome for all of the above.Well satisfied 😁.

We were greeted by the staff when we arrived. Check-in only took a few minutes. The room was superb. Big and spacious room. We had a king and queen rooms and both has their own toilet and bath. A spacious living room with fire place and a balcony overlooking the mountains and lake. The kitchen has everything you needed. I couldn’t ask for more. The hotel is fantastic.
