Akra Kemer - All Inclusive

This was our second visit to this hotel and didn’t disappoint. I only had one complaint with the hotel but I will start with the good. All staff are amazing friendly and helpful, I have to mention the entertainment team who are just so friendly, I like they come round the pool every morning and speak to guests, special mention to apoly, sacha and Elena, I always did water gym at least once a day sometimes twice, loved doing it in the sea. The team would never push you into doing anything which I like, they do get to know what you take part in. Everyone was so friendly from cleaners, gardeners, bar staff, restaurants and spa. Another special mention to Kerme who organized my massage while I was still in the UK, my massage was amazing and would recommend the spa to anyone, Kerme was so friendly and again came round the pool everyday to say morning. Pools were amazing, I’m not a fan of swim up bars however the new pool set up was done to high standard. The food at the hotel is amazing and you won’t go hungry, you would have to be really fussy if you didn’t like the food, there is also plenty of choices at all meals. I only have 1 complaint and that the booking of Al au carte, you can book from midnight but by morning there all booked up, I’m not a night owl so in bed at this time, we did manage to get into the olive and taco which both where amazing, it’s just the booking to get in and although they say full both these restaurants where empty when we went in, also there wasn’t the option to sit outside where there is lovely views of the pools. Overall this hotel is amazing and we will definitely be back and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
