отдыхали в отеле AQI HYDROS CLUB 5 с 12 по 26.09. Приехали в отель в 11 часов, были в шоке от рецепшен отеля, которая открытая, без стен. Нам не сразу дали номер. Мы ждали. В такую жару ждать в таком фуае было очень трудно. Номер получили в 14. Ключи от номера дали. нас направили куда-то. территория большая. сложно найти …. оказалось, что номер находится на третьем этаже, без лифта. Когда принесли чемоданы, я попросила поменять номер, так как у меня проблема с ногой. Ответ был, что можем дать на первом этаже но дальше. Что не очень меняло ситуаци Мы отдыхали 14 дней-ведь можно было найти вариант. Уборка номера не соответствовала 5-звездочному отелю. Полотенца и простыни для замены лежали на грязных перилах. Однажды мы обнаружили на столе мешок с мусором. Когда я связалась с рецепшен отеля, они сказали, что передадут менеджеру. Никаких извинений, никаких комментариев. Вечером не хватало мест, где можно было бы посидеть в баре. Огромное спасибо поварам ресторана отеля. Еда была вкусной и разнообразной. Территория правда большая и ухоженная Для купания обязательно нужны тапочки. Пляж каменистый. Большой вал на берегу, и без обуви заходить в воду очень больно. Ночью до трёх часов звучит музыка.

Отдыхали в этом отеле второй год в подряд. Плюсы: + Приветливый персонал + Чистое море + Большая и ухоженная территория + Ежедневная уборка номера и смена полотенец + Анимация в этом году намного веселее и активнее, чем в прошлом году + Огромное спасибо поварам, еда очень вкусная и разнообразная. Минусы: - мы жили в отеле. В номерах побитые двери. В номере вот вот посыпиться штукатурка с потолка, побитые плинтуса. - детский мини клуб. Мы пришли с ребенком и нам сказали, что у них индивидуальный подход к каждому ребенку. В итоге: ребенок ходит с родителем по клубу, а два аниматора сидят в телефоне. - в этом году практически не было живой музыки у бара.

Wie immer ein sehr schöne Urlaub. Sehr gute Essen, schöne Umgebung, sehr nette und freundliche Personal. Hier fühlt man sich wohl. Animations Team lässt keine langweilen. Diana ist top, immer lustig und hilfsbereit. Mit solche Leute wird nie langweilig.

I really enjoyed my time at this resort. The highlight of my stay was the entertainment group. I want to specifically thank Gaby who danced with us every night and was a great instructor during the day! It was a superb experience. We also had so much fun with the rest of the entertainment group like brenner and the rest of the team that I unfortunately do t remember all the names. Thanks everyone for making this holiday special for us:)
