Pro’s Originally, we booked and paid extra for a sea view room, but this was through Loveholidays and not the GL hotel direct. We were given a room in the central core of the hotel with no window but a sliding patio door onto the passage way with people walking past. Emilie on the front desk was able to change the room but only half way through our stay. We viewed that room with the window but no sea view which was smaller and decided to stay in what we had as it had an excellent wet room for the bathroom. The room was very clean and tidy with towels being changed every day and the room made up very nicely. The air conditioning is very discreet and worked well. The rest of the hotel is kept clean throughout all day long. It must be said, Emilie was really helpful throughout our stay. So, the hotel is OK, it has a certain calmness about it, the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times although hardly any English is spoken. We only met two other English people in our whole week. It was predominantly Russian and German guests, so we saw no smiling faces whatsoever! The beach and the jetty, the sea, the sunbeds, and the hotel’s swimming pools are small but adequate. Both pools are of a reasonable size for the hotel but no good for lengths. The sea water pool in the Spa area is great. There was entertainment on one night only which was in fact excellent. Con’s Being all inclusive, we expected our food and drink to be edible and drinkable, but this was definitely not the case unfortunately. All food was served lukewarm unless you had a fried egg or omelette in the morning or took food from the griddle station in the evening or lunchtime, but you needed to wait whilst it was cooked and took it immediately otherwise it went into a bay Marie and either stewed or dried up. Not one hot meal the entire week. Unfortunately, the house wines were really something not to be laid down but to be avoided! Cocktails or mixed drinks were basically revolting (sorry, but it's true). The Tuborg lager and local cognac were OK. Everything else was avoided once tried. So, it’s a nice hotel, great location on the beach and 5 minute walk from the noisy and brash high street. Breakfast & lunch palatable (but only just) which forced us to eat & drink outside the hotel after the first night.

I would definitely recommend this hotel - not only for the choice of food which supplied throughout the day, but also due to the efficiency and kind nature of the staff. My own personal observation is that when the food is due to be allowed to be chosen to pick your choice, other personnel that are from parts of Europe RUSH UP…….. taking food, just like its the very last day on earth with with NO OTHER FOOD available!!! Maybe this is a custom that “them and those” are accustomed too in THEIR country - during OKTOBER FEST BEER festival 👀😳 just ruins it for us that just want to have a relaxing time! - ADVICE IN ACVANCE…… get up early to put your towel on a sunlounger - so that they DON'T get hoovered up by these selfish/Gready Individuals…….. Whom THEN choose to take a day trip away from the hotel…… returning to expect their spaces to be kept! 😉 i know its part of there mindset…. But would be nice if the hotel would stop this practice carrying on! On a MORE positive note, i really count not fault the internal staff, they where FANTASTIC! All areas kept clean - staff VERY friendly and helpful and if you need to relax gain your strength and mussle composition - The Elephant Spa…… ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC experience!!! Too the degree, its Made me want to give my Partner one every month, with the equipment i purchased in the local stores accross the road…….. Not forgetting the (SILVER 925) jewellers at the left hand side (same row next to the cash point) coming from the hotel, whom firstly, sold my a FANTASTIC OPAL stoned Braclet for my Long Term Partner….. Of which i returned to have my Crusifix repaired……. For less than £8 (400 Turkish L) of which in Gloucestershire - i would have paid around £60GBP! 😳……😁😉👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🤗 Thank you for a fantastic time and experience - which has NOW broken my holiday drought for over 13 years - keep doing this Service TUi 😉👌🏾

Absolutely amazing holiday, the staff were incredible, rooms were out of this world (stayed in the villas), food was to die for (theme changes every night), pool was great never too busy and always enough room to go for a swim. I’m writing this mainly because of how we were treated by the staff. I came to this hotel with a broken ankle so going from the villa to the pool or beach was quite strenuous on crutches but the bell boy mehmet kindly gave me his number so that I could message him if I needed a lift anywhere in the buggy at any time and he was there. This was such a life saver and I will always be thankful for how helpful he was. My grandmother is also 88 so she had the same problem and he we always there for my grandma as well. The lunch at the sunset bar on the beach was incredible every time with a wood burning oven for the pizza which was crazy! The main man taking orders called Momin always had a smile on his face and was always so lovely to everyone that went there, he even remembered that I ordered a chocolate milkshake everytime to the point I didn’t have to ask for it anymore!:) the lady at the be amazing bar called Merve Was also one of the best waitnresses I have a ever had. She was always so kind and happy and became a good friend by the end of the holiday. Finally I wanted to say about Dilan on the entertainment team. She was always so friendly and funny and became a very good friend of our family, so much so she sat with our family for evening meals some nights! She was so good a her job but also a really nice caring girl. My grandmother had a little fall while we were at the hotel which was very stressful for her and for us but dilan always took time out of her day to sit and talk to her. I highly recommend this hotel as it is one of the best so if you do go have fun like we did! Ben Marsden Age 22 On behalf of the whole family

I visited the hotel for the fourth time. I'm pleased to see that there are some improvements every year, which shows that the hotel is being invested in. This year, the bridge over the pool was renovated (planks were added, which no longer allow pull-ups :) :), and it was painted white). The animations, exercise, yoga, etc. have been moved to the balcony. The dining room is clean, and the food is very varied and tasty. Hygiene is satisfactory. All of this is maintained by well-trained staff, who are regularly supervised by their superiors. Management always ensures some pleasant surprises. For example, the hotel made sure that my partner and I were featured on the Wall of Honour, which was a lovely surprise. The pool is clean. It's just a shame that guests aren't reminded or warned that eating and drinking in the pool is not allowed. A group of Dutch guests were eating and drinking in the pool, which is disgusting. The hotel bar is really pleasant; the zofas may be a bit worn out, but they are clean. Personally, it's important to me that the hotel is also environmentally conscious. It has received several awards and recognitions for this. There are fewer plastic cups, and the water is bottled in smaller plastic bottles. Our room had an amazing view of the pool. Room number 1329 had some issues with the air conditioning, but the maintenance staff fixed it (even though it was very late, almost midnight). I would also like to thank the hotel for all the kindness and effort. We’ll see you again next year – for the fifth time!! Best regards, Anita

If this hotel was my 1st experience of turkey I would never return. Staff on check in were uninterested and rude unless you were Russian. Our room had no curtains to block out the early sun only thin nets , bathroom had a constant bad sewage smell as we were on the 1st floor all you could here was th flush of sewage from the rooms above all night, shower was dirty and very small couldn't close shower doors for fear of touching dirt glass, loo roll holder was flithy i took loo roll off and left on the side,Mni fridge door broken had to ask the maid for water to be replaced every day, the only food we had in our stay from the beach snack bar all the food was stone cold and inedible it was an all inclusive, i was really poorly with sickness and diarrhoea we tried breakfast but only found toast was the safest on the menu after wittnesing a staff member spitting in to a food waste bin and another putting food on a plate with her bare hands, it would seem uf you are Russian staff were more than happy to help and went out of there way to be polite. I had a spa massage which I thought was going on my room bill only to be told I need to go down the rd in my towel to pay at a supermarket a 10 minute walk away when I refuse they got the guy to come to us. We left early and went to another hotel for the last four nights of our stay. I could go on but feel this post is long enough.
