My stay for a three day-weekend in May was off to a bad start even before I arrived at the hotel. A somewhat heated email exchange with the reservation team threatening to cancel the reservation if I did not pay immediately, according to the tariff conditions, meant that I had to contact the Guest Relations Manager (Mrs Ageliki KOULOURI) to clarify the situation. It is therefore through this first exchange with her that I can say today that this manager is one of the main assets of this hotel. Not only does she do her job, but she also puts in a dose of tact, delicacy and efficiency. I owe the success of my stay to her. The hotel is very well located, beautifully decorated and the rooms are beautiful. I personally was upgraded to a suite with a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea. The hotel, which opened fairly recently, still has a few glitches that one is less inclined to forgive once the break-in period is over, especially for a hotel of this category. This year, the restaurant offer has been reduced by the presence of Michelin-starred chef Botrini, who has ”ceased his collaboration” with the hotel. I tested the two restaurants Sofrito (Greek and Mediterranean cuisine) and Oribu (North Asian cuisine). The staff in the dining areas are numerous, attentive and eager to help. I found that both the food and wine lists lacked coherence, and sometimes even of the desired wine :). This didn't bother me that much, but I did think that a hotel in this category should do a better job! As for the breakfast buffet (there are several), I found it perfect: a wide selection of dishes, from savory to sweet. The only downside is the lack of teas, at least for tea lovers. The swimming pool, probably one of the most beautiful on the island, is infinity and offers a spectacular view of the sea and the mainland in the distance. Sports enthusiasts will not be outdone by the state-of-the-art gym and equipment. And what can I say about the Spa? Well, it's certainly one of the best treatments I've ever received, and all in a finely decorated, relaxing setting. A big plus and a big thank you to the team. I'll conclude by saying that I hope to return to this resort and that the service will live up to the high standards expected of a 5-star hotel.

This short three-night trip in Kefu Island was found to be a five-star hotel near the airport because it was inconvenient to bring a baby. It was said that five stars were actually four stars at most. First of all Facilities: The facilities are still relatively complete, the spa three restaurants Japanese restaurant five-star praise, the ingredients are fresh, the service is very warm ❤️ recommended red wine 🍷 absolutely. Including the buffet in the hotel is quite general, Samsung half standard. Hygiene: We booked a relatively large balcony, the scenery outside the window is still quite beautiful, because the hotel may be older, the smell of the bathroom will reverse, the taste is still quite heavy, the air conditioning is not very big, the hotel is raining hot water also waited for a long time, Then the shower is also old and sprayed with water. room service Not bad, but every time I order something, I will receive 3.5 Ou. So it is best to put a little more in the refrigerator at once 😂 Environment: The hotel is large and has a separate resort room, and the green area is quite large. The location is also good. It is close to the old city, and there is a sightseeing bus at the door and a bus 1.7 in the center of the district. It is more convenient to go to the city center. Not far from the hotel, there are two good views bar&restaurant You can go here if you don't want to eat hotel food. There is a small convenience store at the door to buy things. Service: Do their 70min essential oil spa, chat with masseuses, pay 700 euros a month a year work six months. The other six months are in the restaurant, and they feel like they're not easy. The public pool is not very clean, the overall greening is not very good, but recommend the Japanese restaurant, the ingredients are fresh, we are very satisfied I paid a five euro tip, in Greece is a lot, but I am very happy to pay.

We have just spent a week in heaven! This hotel has everything! My husband and I booked this hotel for our Honeymoon and we couldn’t have asked for a better week. Everything in the hotel is just amazing! The hotel staff very kindly decorated our room, all nice and pretty. Which we appreciated so much. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful, pool and sea room… it never ever got boring. Every morning and every night we looked out and we just fell in love with the view each time. Highly recommend for people to book the Greek Restaurant! It is a set menu and everything we got served was delicious. However, all the food served at the hotel was delicious. Breakfast, lunch and dinner… there are so many options for food. You will not go hungry. We found the best thing was from 10:30/11am, there is a mini food bar serving food all day. There was pizza, salad, yogurt, baguettes and hot desserts. The staff at the hotel are lovely and friendly! They made sure our stay was amazing. They even offer pool side service and table service in the bar. Which was nice as we got to talk to the staff throughout the day. We highly recommend to everyone booking a boat trip. There is a mini business by the beach area. They offer boat taxi’s into Corfu Old Town. Which is beautiful! (There are normal taxis but it’s always nice to do something different) They also offer boat trips and other water activities. The guys that run the business are really nice and accommodating! Overall, highly recommend this hotel. For Adults, Families and Couples We have already said we will return in the future.

I visited the hotel with my family in the beginning of July and we stayed for 1 week. My experience was amazing. The view from the hotel is one of a kind . The rooms were spotless and spacious. Also, the staff was kind and very helpful. The pool looked absolutely beautiful during the day and the night.A pleasant surprise was the hotels restaurant.I think it was the highlight of our visit. The incredible food ,cooked with “meraki” by the chef , paired with a magestic patio , created a wonderful experience that pleased both our stomachs and our souls. I personally found the a la carte menu very easy to skim through and order. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a rich but peaceful corfiot stay .
Corfu Mare Hotel -Adults Only

Our third visit to the super friendly Corfu Mare Hotel did not disappoint after two superb previous holiday’s at this hotel in 2022 and 2023. The excellent hotel reception team and management gave us a lovely welcome back upon arrival and there was also a welcome back card, complimentary bottle of wine and basket of fruit in our room. We had exactly the same top floor large double room as our last holiday there with views from our balcony onto the sea and nearby marina. We then. got further amazing welcome back greetings from Eleni and Vassilios who run the restaurant and bar in the hotel always giving great friendly service. They will always do their best for you and it was clear by the number of people we met who were return guests like ourselves who really appreciate the personal touch. Eleni and Vassilios are also very well supported by the other hard working and excellent staff including Olga in the bar and Olga at reception which makes being here a pleasure. The breakfast is always very good, lunches are tasty and dinner by the pool is excellent with the chef taking great pride in all the food she and her small team produce. We have already booked again for June 2025 !! It will be great to see the hotel after its refurbishment later this year. The location is a bit out of Corfu old town but we enjoy walking and it takes around 30 minutes to get into the centre with the old town port area closer. Taxis back and forth cost 10 to 15 euros and all the drivers were very good and easy to get. It’s a small but very comfortable boutique hotel with a very nice pool area and just great staff. Thanks again to all at Corfu Mare Hotel.

So to start with the positive, the hotel is pristine, clean and all of the staff I’ve encountered have been very cheerful and welcoming. The decor is lovely and the gardens and communal areas are delightful. Food on the whole has been very good although it took a while for the Dine Club voucher system to become clear. The hotel interior is very nicely decorated and furnished but is as hot inside the hotel as outside, struggled to find anywhere inside that was cool. Doors are open and aircon is not well utilised. I do appreciate the need to limit carbon emissions but very uncomfortable when dining. Whilst there is an adults only beach it was totally inaccessible, sun beds are reserved early mornings before breakfast and I saw limited evidence of the hotel enforcing the apparent policy to remove personal items after 1/2 hours of non usage (although in fairness I did see one family arrive by the pool at 2pm to find their belongings removed). Sunday today and stuck in the room as there isn’t one single sun lounger available so stuck in our room as everything in town is closed. Very, very child friendly. So in summary lovely hotel, pretty good food albeit a little expensive, lots of children, not enough sun beds, (with reserving by towel largely tolerated). Lots of experiences marketed, pottery, wine tasting bla bla but only expensive yacht hire and Jeep safari available. Lovely but would never come back or recommend it to friends.
