Hello this hotel was very bad, no customer service, unable to reach them by phone to book a shuttle. The bathrooms were filthy when asked for a different room, the front desk was not willing to try and give us a new room

The property was clean and nice.
The staff helped with calling taxis,
My room was upstairs and there was no staff to help me with it.
I had to pay for my breakfast. Staff at lobby need to be more welcoming with new clients.
Life is too pricy in Providenciales!!! Jeez!

Room had one tiny window. Pool was full of bugs. Tv did not face the bed making it very difficult to view. Could not connect my streaming service with the TV, so it stayed off and we watched on my phone.
