I think the biggest rooms I've ever stayed in, All room and bathroom fixtures and fittings looked new and in excellent condition. Beds very comfy, Room cleaned to a very high standard every day. All staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was more than enough with fresh fruit, waffles, hot selection. Bakery items and cereal. Pool area always spotless . Very easy to walk to all attractions around Duval St and Historic docks. Very pleasant and friendly atmosphere around the motel

We stay at this Best Western every time we go to Key West. It has always been a nice hotel and the pool is outstanding. The updates they have done on the hotel make it feel like you are staying at a 5 star resort. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are large and clean. There are restaurants, convenience stores, liquor store and bars close to the hotel. You can pick up the Duval Loop a block away from the hotel. The beach is very close.

Great location and friendly staff. Fridge, coffeemaker, and microwave in room. Rooms renovated and updated. Breakfast included. Good strong AC . Very clean and well maintained. Definitely would stay here again next visit to key west. A few minor issues are the shower hot water temperature fluctuates during a shower, the toilet paper is very rough, and sometimes the eggs at breakfast were cold by the end of service period…but this did not distract from an excellent stay, and we would definitely come back next time! …these are just areas that could be improved. This motel is very well managed and maintained.…kudos to the management and staff!

Great stay! We loved our visit here. Will at the front desk was super nice and helpful. This motel is in a fantastic location. Out of the busy area but close enough that you can walk everywhere. Room was clean and larger than expected. Pool is amazing. Will definitely return.

Great service, The staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not expect the breakfast to be as good as it was cheese omelet was over the top. The rooms where clean and updated. My hat is off to all of them. If you are going to Key West you need to consider staying here.

We had a nice time staying at the Best Western Hibiscus Motel in Key West. The experience was more than we expected. Our room was updated and clean. The property was well maintained. Staff was helpful. The location was conveniently located so we didn't have to drive while we where there. There was a nearby stop for public transportation, the free Duval Loop. Enjoyed our stay. Will book again if we travel to Key West in the future.

Beautiful room. Very clean. Beds could have been a little softer. Nice pool. Great breakfast. 2 blocks from Duval and 2 blocks from the most southern point.Kay west was great. Went on the Conch train all day Sunday. And bought my Kino sandals♡♡.

The Best Western Hibiscus Motel delivers again. This is the 6th time in 3 years we have stayed here. The motel is wonderful: large comfortable rooms, clean, great pool and a good breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Particular shout out to Will who has always been helpful with reservations. In fact, we booked another trip with him for November. Can't wait to come back to Key West and the Best Western Hibiscus Motel!

Very comfortable room, had everything we needed. Pool is great. Breakfast is awesome - warm eggs, waffles, sausage/bacon, cereal, muffins, toast, bagels, etc. This hotel is in a great location, staff is great. We will stay there again when we visit Key West.
