Our experience started with Dina at the front desk who greeted us cheerfully and guided us to our room and the amenities. She was delightful and gave us wonderful recommendations for food and things to do in the area. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of this hotel, but it's also great proximity to Duval Street and all of the iconic Key West points of interest. The hotel felt safe and clean for two women travelling.

Ella’s Cottages was a first class stay and service from the very beginning to the end. Everyone is so professional and classy and filled with southern charm and hospitality. We own several AirBandB’s and I can tell from personal experience this is the best property we have stayed at and we even picked up a few things from them to carry back and apply to our homes. If you are looking and considering this place, book now!!! You won’t be disappointed.

The staff are great, we even had a plane delay, by 3 and a half hours. Not only could we leave our luggage with them, but we able to stayed on property, until time to leave for the airport.

Nice quaint property. The property is one block from Duval St and 1.5 from most places of interest. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. There’s a pretty selection continental breakfast every morning and refreshments available all day. We booked the City room and it’s tiny. Just enough for two people on a short stay, in my opinion. If you desire more room, I suggest opting for one of the larger rooms. It’s definitely a place we would choose again if we visit Key West again.

Great breakfast and tea food, by a 5 star local chef which was unexpected. The rooms are great and high speed internet. I also liked the pool. Small but quiet.

This place is amazing! It's like an oasis in the middle of the city. Lots of greenery around the pool and eating area. The room we had was small, but I understand that there were others that were larger. It had a cottage feel. The breakfast and afternoon tea were very outstanding. There were extra touches, like towels on each lounge chair and suntan products for your use there by the pool. And you are only one block from Duvall Street. You really felt like you were on vacation!
