Didn't stay- read further- First, there is no quality in Quality Inn when you made a reservation, have the email and show it to them and they can't find the confirmation number. They didn't even offer a comparable room and we had to ask. We were there to see family so this delayed us. Not only that, the lady in front of us was back at the desk telling them someone else was in the room they just gave them. Seems they need to brush up on their customer service skills and learn how to actually hold a reservation! By the way, we went up the hill to Comfort Inn. GREAT place, friendly, extremely clean with a full breakfast.
