Super front desk, weak cleaning staff
Great check-in staff but below par cleaning staff. Housekeeper on my floor spent her entire shift talking on the phone, and the quality of her work was mediocre at best. There were spots on the walls that I washed off easily. Mold in the shower under a shelf. A catsup stain on the rug. Furnishing and space are terrific. Breakfast just ok.

No power, mold and no response to concerns
Room 621
our room had no power in the bathroom. We took showers in the dark. Also, there is quite a bit of mold in the bathroom. The wallpaper was hanging off the wall. We were all coughing quite a bit and as soon as we left the room, no more coughing.
At checkout, I told the attendant. She gave me an email address for sharing the picture and our concerns. I emailed twice and received zero response.

Amazing Stay
Awesome hotel, service and location. Room was super spacious. Loved the suite amenities and view. Was so easy to walk Market Square and having several eating options.

Daughters 21st bday in Knoxville 2 see Todd Snider
The hotel was beautiful, clean, very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the parking underneath the hotel, very convenient and safe. Centrally located to everything downtown made walking convenient. Free breakfast was also excellent.

Relaxing Perfect Location for Business or Pleasure
Service and Hospitality were top notch! The room was spacious and fully equipped. Everyone was courteous, helpful, and accommodating. Highly recommended, located in a great area, close to restaurants, theaters, and shopping. Had to pay to park in their garage, however it was convenient, secure and we walked to everything. Breakfast was great and there was a Starbucks and Lounge (bar) on main floor. Also had a 2nd floor rooftop outdoor space that was very nice.
