Its a very very Nice hotel - rooms were comfortable, staff really really friendly, location perfect pools were okay. Unfortunately the Main pool by the Beach, werent cleaned every day:-(. I could only wish that the staff at the restaurant could speak and understand english. We liked the happy hour, the bar and the staff - Thanks to all at the Ananya Lipe - we’ll be back👍🏻👍🏻

Although our vacation was filled with joy and memorable moments, I must mention the only downside we encountered. The lack of sufficient lighting outside at night posed a safety hazard, as my wife unfortunately tripped and hurt her ankle. However, it is worth noting that the resort staff responded swiftly and provided immediate assistance, ensuring she received the necessary care. While this incident was unfortunate, it did not overshadow the overall fantastic experience we had at Irene Resort. In conclusion, our vacation at Irene Resort in Koh Lipe was an extraordinary experience. The impeccable service, delectable cuisine, and the island's natural beauty left us with lasting memories. We highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a romantic and rejuvenating getaway. Brokasa is the first-class hotel on Lipe Island, second only to Irene next to it, but the location is better than Irene, right on the beautiful Tail Beach. The hotel price includes a relatively delicious breakfast, free taxis to go out at any time before 6 pm, free use of kayaks, free minibar, free capsule coffee machine, more complete toiletries, etc., so, on the whole, the high price is also reasonable. The service staff and residents of the entire Lipe Island are relatively enthusiastic. Before coming, I saw the bad reviews of the hotel, and I was always nervous. After staying here, I felt that this hotel was not a thunder. The service was very good, and it was also very enthusiastic without tipping. The room was large, the round bed was large, and it was enough for two adults and one child. Children under 12 years old have 360🐷 a night with breakfast, and the air conditioning is sufficient. The hotel has two rows of ”single-family villas”. The first row has an infinity pool by the sea, and the second row is a few steps to the sea. I thought the swimming pool was public. I went to someone else's swimming pool on the first day and was complained. It was a bit embarrassing. To the right of Brokasa is the Zodiac (it’s relatively old, but the Zodiac beach bar is very atmospheric and there are fire shows at night). Next to the Zodiac is Irene, the most expensive hotel in Koh Lipe with the best facilities.

Perfect resort, main swimming pool was brilliant located near beach for quick dips into sea, pool bar was a bonus, staff were amazing, swim up pool room was great, room was good size and comfortable we had extra bed for child aged 11 and was perfect.. excellent location close to walking street Only bad bit was there was a smell from neighbouring complex as we walked to our room, but can’t complain as it’s not this hotels fault Room had joining doors and on first night there was a lot of noise from room next door, but reception called them without issue and they did quiet down to an acceptable level..

Looks quite new compared to other hotels, a/c works all the time even when you go out and take a card key which is very nice. And it cools down the room incredibly, a must in April and May. We liked the room but there’s an area for improvement: you can see some impurities here and there: old bedsheets with stains, the tub in the bathroom with some part falling off. They are not big, but better to fix them. The breakfast is amazing, a lot of options, even the noodles station, the roti station, ice cream and bloodie mary station hahaha A lot of good fruits such as rambutan, passion fruits, etc. not just watermelon and dragon fruits like at other hotels across Thailand. Sunrise beach itself is a bit disappointing because of the amount of boats there and almost no place to swim but this hotel has the designated beach where you can enjoy swimming and definitely some good sunsets. Overall it’s a good place to stay for more than a day if you want to stay at the sunrise Beach area, but my personal favorite is the North pole beach (20-25 min walk along the beach). Things to improve: - service staff should be careful with bags, I know they try to be helpful but one of the guys broke a handle of my carry on bag. - Starbacks cafe on the beach — this is a disaster, they advertise other as a Starbucks coffee shop, with the original drinks and recipes but for 180 thb they will give you iced milk instead of iced cappuccino. Better to buy some good medium roast beans from the Borth of Thailand and serve proper coffee. You don’t need that Starbucks brand definitely.

Firstly we was greeted on the pier by a member of staff who carried our luggage to the hotel transportation, we had approximately a 10 minute transfer to the hotel. Reception staff were lovely, we was greeted with an ice cold juice as well as a cold towel to cool us down, after a swift check in we was taken to our room on a golf buggy, we stayed in the honeymoon suite. The room itself was beautiful, very big, amazing AC and a jacuzzi inside the room. The room is situated higher up in the complex to allow for great views but with that comes a fairly steep 5 minute walk to get to your room. The breakfast was very good, standard options for Thailand, pastries, yoghurts, rice/noodles, eggs & bacon, pancakes, omelettes made to order plus some home baked cakes and cookies. A good selection of teas, coffees and juices available. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, about a 10 minute walk along the beach to ‘walking street’ which is the hub of the island… the hotel is situated on Pattaya beach and is honestly one of the best beaches I’ve ever been on with certainly the nicest and clearest water. I would happily recommend this hotel and it’s services.

Absolutely amazing location. We’ve stayed in beachfront bungalow, spacious, clean, comfortable bed, had everything in the room more than we needed. There were indoor shower and outdoor shower, separated doors to go in room, through the front door and another directly to the bathroom (in case we came in from swimming all wet and covered with sand), so we did not dirty our room. Cold towels and fresh welcome drinks when we’ve checked-in, polite and friendly front desk staffs. When we’ve entered the room, it was cool with some aroma that made us feel relax. The breakfast was great, many choices of Thai foods and changed everyday. Staffs go out of their way to make us comfortable and feel at home. Beach in front of the hotel was beautiful, quiet, we can swim and snorkelling there. Walking street was near, we’ve walked there everyday, sometimes just for have some iced tea and thai pancake (Thai Banana Roti). Take a boat trip, it’s worth doing! Definitely recommended this hotel! Staffs are the best!

Gorgeous! Let’s break it down: Room - we stayed in the deluxe Balinese hut and loved it. Didn’t have the outdoor shower like the Pattaya Mali but huge and clean. If I’m being super picky the shower could do with a bit more power but it is a small hotel on a small island so it’s fine! Comfy beds and regular fresh towels provided. Pool - we usually don’t use the pool as we are beach bums but it was THE perfect temperature. Very refreshing and cooling in the hot sun, with lovely foliage around giving a tropical vibe. Beach - stunning Lipe beach. As with most beaches on Lipe you do get the long tail boats parked out the front, but definitely more quiet than Pattaya side. Tide goes right out and exposes a lot of coral so beware if exploring. Loved the complimentary paddle boards and snorkels! Food - really good. Good choice for breakfast and ate most lunches here. Recommend the Massaman curry! Overall a beautiful tropical paradise. We would recommend and want to stay at the other Mali too! One thing: bring mozzie repellant.. the island seemed to be teeming with them!

This is an exceptional resort. It’s location is Beautiful with its own private beach and yet 5 min walk to the main beaches. The rooms are beautiful each with its own pool and terrace. The are meticulously cleaned daily. The breakfast is incredible, all eaten with a view of the ocean. Nam, the chef cooks local Thai dishes to a very high standard. there was also great choices for our 3 young children (8,7 and 3) …chips/burgers etc We felt like royalty when we were there. The staff are super attentive and think of everything. Yoni, the bar tender and one of the waiters is incredible at his job and is a real asset to the resort, making each guest feel very well cared for. There was an issue with the card machine that made payments tricky but this is getting fixed. All in all, a huge thank-you to all the staff at Casa de Lipe, we will be rebooking!!

Stayed 4 days 3 nights. Dream beach and best view. The bay is the best and most beautiful from all 4 beaches on Lipe. The rooms are spacious and modern. Seems renovated a few months ago. Buffet is alright and reasonable for the price. House keeping seems understaffed or they do not know when you are out of the room. If you sleep in, in the morning you get a basket with water and refreshments placed at your door. But seems they do not comeback later in the day to clean. We didn’t get any house keeping. On third day, had to ask twice until house keeping cleaning came. But everyone at hotel is very friendly and welcoming. Be careful not to leave the door or balcony open in afternoon and evening. There are many mosquitos around the bungalows due to the plants and they will immediately come in. Mosquitos only around the bungalows, not at the restaurant, cafe, beach. Location and beach is sill the best. We will come back.
