this hotel situated in very good location beside Shin Kobe Station which can get you to anywhere such as Osaka, Kyoto, Himeiji, even Tokyo. The hotel is consider rather big as compared to local Japanese hotel. Services & breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended.

Been here multiple times times already. A lovely olace to stay at around temple and some arcane games. Also kinna close to JR station. Good place to stay at!

The room was clean with plenty of amenities. Yet, the facility itself was quite old made some strange noises all night and day. I could hear the sound from upstairs and beside that made me uncomfortable.

Location is really good 5 - 10 minute walk from the train station (sannomiya) and ikuta jinja. Their is also a matusya right next to the hotel that is 24 hour, so it is perfectly for breakfast and dinner. There is also a lawsons 30 seconds away which is very convenient. The room was very clean and the amenities were very good too. The staff at the front desk also spoke some English, which made the check-in and check-out much easier, plus it was 24h too. I didn't have any issues but if you do the staff will be able to help you.

It was a lovely hotel- location was great just 3 mins walk from Kobe sanomiya train station. And the hotel looks and smells new. Check in was a breeze via the machine but there is always someone friendly to help. They even have complimentary drinks and dessert each night 8-10pm. The triple room is spacious with enough room to open luggages. A very good find with the price point and location. 24 hour Don DONKI is just opposite the hotel. Will definitely stay again

Shower booth was amazing. I actually really enjoyed the shower sitting down. I thought it was small at first, but it was great. Room was spacious than the others hotel I stayed in japan. Clean and nice. Location was great also. I would stay there again.

Breakfast spread was limited but sufficient. Location is relatively convenient walk to the station (autumn weather). Staffs are not very proficient in english, but google translates help.

The location is great and is really near their city centre. Room is a little small but very cosy. There is a variety of amenities that you can help yourself right at the lobby. The staff there are also very polite and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay there

The location is very easy to find, the room is neat and clean ~ there is a window to the outside 👍 The room is not very big, so it will be inconvenient if you bring a big suitcase. There is a free coffee machine. Although it is not high-end coffee, it is good to have a cup in the morning. There are tables and chairs next to it, so you can have a cup before checking out.

A hotel recommended by a friend. The room is not big but it is enough. Toiletries and tea bags can be picked up in the lobby. Chinese service is available. The hotel staff is quite polite. The hotel breakfast is also good. The location is within a 10-minute walk whether to the bus terminal or Sangong Metro. It is a great value for the room price.
