温泉時間卡的太死，預訂10點-10:45，到45分鐘準時有人敲門喊你感覺守在門口怕你多用一分鐘，還有我們晚上11點多才到泡完温泉12點再洗洗睡覺1點多，他説早餐衹有8點才有位置，其他時間段位置都滿了，我也是無語

I really like this place. It was a non-weekend when we went there, so there were few people. The hot springs were very refreshing, and the service was very considerate. I basically can't think of any shortcomings or deficiencies. The only regret is that we are vegetarians, and there is almost nothing for us to eat in the hotel. However, the hotel shuttle bus still sent us outside to buy thick omelette sandwiches, which was also very good! I will stay here next time!

Highly recommend for a onsen hotel. The add on kaiseki dinner is wonderful. Breakfast is also such an experience. Onsen can be booked for private use which is included in the package. An overall unforgettable experience. Staff can communicate in English, so no worries. Services and care is excellent.

我住總統套房，空間大。整體上設施不錯, 尤其是房內有温泉，連洒浴和梳洗間, 像温泉專用房，十分方便。落地窗外有室外小前園, 人造小瀑布。間隔有點怪, 如果有牀頭櫃更佳。我住那間房咖啡機運作不良，結果沒有用。明明跟家用的一樣，可能壞了。說明又是日文。服務很好, 入住有果盆, 雪櫃飲品免費任飲。充裕毛布, 喜歡幾時浸都得。可惜沒有熨斗。服務員英文一般, 但殷勤。很大的dine-in kitchen，有爐抽油煙機, 卻沒有煮食鍋，不過我們有車, 去了神戶吃晚餐，沒有試酒店內的餐，無法評價。大堂有飲料及甜品，任享用，是不錯的。
