The staff was very helpful and nice, breakfasts were good. Ayurvedic massage was a big disappointment. Also some pictures on the profile were taken from some other property, which was straight deceitful. Then property is not located near the water as shown on the pictures.

Location of property is very nearby to kochi biennale so could say its better;staff was very active and helpful to maintain hygiene and safety;food options in the restaurant were very less and restau of property only opens at breakfast. but the room has no ventilation no view and not worthy for their higher costs

I spent a weekend with my family at Artotel and would surely revisit the place. very close to all the great spots to see in Fort Kochi. The staff was very helpful in arranging a dinner and suggestion best locations to visit at the right time. The rooms are very spacious & the ambiance of the hotel at night with the warm lights is just beautiful 🥰

There was not enough parking space. When we checked in the rooms were mediocre and there was no electricity. We waited for a while, but there was still no electricity. We were two girls. It didn't feel safe there. So we left the hotel right away. They wouldn't give us a refund. The staffs were polite, but they need to fix the hotel first.

Overall look and feel of the hotel is good. It’s close to all the tourist spots and receptionists speak to you well and help you out. There are a few issues. The shower does not work, the hot water does not work. I raised the issue several times and it was rather taken lightly. I was told there’s an issue with the air stuck in the pipe. It wasn’t fixed but i was told that it was. Me and my mother suffered. Breakfast wasn’t severed on time and the fan in the room was not working. The aesthetics alone are not useful, people need their basic functional needs met especially when they’ve been travel-ling for a long time. There are alot of hotel options in the area, please look for more and book basis reviews. I’d rate this one 2/10

It was a very nice stay. The rooms are very spacious and aesthetic as well. They took our requests for breakfast into consideration and made us good kerala food. All places in fort kochi are also very close and within walkable distance. However the kitchen is not open past breakfast. So, make other arrangements overall, an amazing stay.
