Staff was not at all polite the overall experience was not up to the mark. The four star category only in ratings not in standards. Breakfast experience was pathetic.

Room was not properly cleaned. Leaking from toilet wash basin. Forgot to keep drinking water in room. Forgot to keep soap in toilet. Stains on blanket. Found hair on dining plate during breakfast. Location & room rate was good, but provided service was just 2 star.

The rooms of no 18 hotel are quite spacious with plenty of light. The property is good but has not been maintained properly. We stayed for six days in this property during jun e and it was off season with barely any guests. We were given the deluxe room on our first day. Because of a design defect in the false ceiling, the fan's air doesn't reach our bodies properly. The ac also wasn't working and since the windows are sealed, it was quite stuffy inside and we could not sleep properly the entire life. The next day after much persuasion, we were shifted to another room which was smaller but whose ac was working. The restaurant also wasn't very functional due to insufficient guests i suppose. But we did have breakfast one day and the dosa was not bad at all. So, this is an inexpensive hotel but not well maintained.

The most disgracefully filthy hotel I have ever booked to stay, the room was still filthy after it was cleaned twice, the pool area is not fit for humans. I stayed for 1.5 hours, then left. Yes, it that bad. The photo's on the website do not represent the truth.of the condition of the hotel. I recommend do not stay at this hotel until it has a full refurbishment or pulled.down.

Rooms are good, but smell in surroundings bad, did not provide the essentials in time, the tiffins are not that tasty, i felt lemon tree hotel is far better than this.
