good room. good help from reception for any queries. place is prime location to reach 7 road junction. lake is also near. only small disappointment is the biriyani taste in lunch is not having that authentic masala and its having less salt or something. Apart from that no issues for me.

We had a very good experience at Hotel Jai, Kodaikanal. The rooms do not a have mountain/valley view, but the surroundings are pleasant and photogenic. Our Heritage Suite was a spacious and comfortable room. Less natural light in this room. However, we saw some other rooms with good sunlight, nice wooden furniture. Breakfast was delicious. Buffet style, good authentic south Indian delicacies, different each day, with some common items like idli, dosa, medu vadas (best medu vadas- small, light and crispy!) A different sweet dish everyday (varieties of sheera). Dinner was good. Should have some fixed staple items always, like dal+rice. But whatever was served was good. Hospitality: always responded well on time whenever we placed a call to ask for something. Staff is good natured, always smiling and helpful. Reception is very helpful. We requested booking of sight seeing and cab services and promptly the cab was ready each day, on time. Wifi is also good. Thank you for giving us a great experience at Kodaikanal! this is an outstanding resort in an outstanding location.it is a hugh end luxury property and thus a bit pricey but it is worth the price.filled with family entertainment.beautiful location and wonderful serene atmosphere.it is an outstanding place to relax.ms.simran she is very helpful to us her communication is excellent very polite person.overall good staff.

We are quite happy about our stay at 'Treebo Trends Kodai Kings Park' at Kodaikanal during our 3-night stay recently. We were three of us stayed in a single premium room with a double cot and a single cot. 1. The hotel was neat and clean 2. The room was quite spacious 3. The hospitality of the staff was good 4. We all liked the breakfast. Food was tasty 5. There was a water heater in the bathroom. So hot water is available always 6. They had a generator backup that would start automatically whenever there was a power failure. 7. Although we stayed from Tuesday to Friday and during off-peak period, for the tariff it was well worth the stay 8. There were very minor issues that needed attention. For the room that was allotted to us, the bathroom cloth hanger was not anchored at one side and hanging, the main door latch was off-alignment and could not be used, there was no deodorant in the bathroom, etc. But once we informed the staff, they quickly fixed all of them I think it would be good if the ***agement inspects the room after guests vacate and fixes the minor issues like those mentioned in point 8 so that when the next guest occupies, they need not feel bad about them and wait for the staff to get them fixed. After all, first impression is the best. It will certainly improve the service and give a very good impression about the hotel. We for sure will consider staying in the same hotel for our next trip to Kodaikanal. I surely will recommend to my friends.

Best place ever with good view and property was so neat and clean best part is mr.danial manager who is so nic and gentle with excellent service he will be one of the reason for our future stay in that hotel for sure .... Place and view was awesome 💯
