The price is very high, the room is big enough, I didn't expect two houses to be hotels. I didn't expect to live in a Frenchman downstairs and had a great time chatting with them. The best thing is that I am on the 3rd floor. I lived next door to a couple in the evening and could hear the sound of screaming...

I completed the YTT300 course in June and I really loved my training, my stay, the place, the quality of the food, and the kindness of the staff. I had the chance to take this course with an extraordinary group from all over the world. It was an unforgettable experience that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to further their yoga teacher training. I loved the classes taught by our various instructors, each of whom had their own specialty. The teaching is diverse and of high quality. I had heard good feedback about Vikasa and wanted to do this 300-hour training in a seaside location where I could swim and also have a certain level of comfort during my 5 weeks of training. I was very satisfied with their services. I also want to mention that the food offered at the Vikasa Café is very healthy and delicious.

Ideal location Super friendly staff who helped us on where to eat ! The room was clean however the bathroom shower leaked . The beach is very close by walking distance. If you are interested in hiring a motorcycle then the hotel will be able to sort it for you which is really helpful.

First time to a pilates wellness retreat and it was a very enjoyable experience. We were greeted by friendly staff as soon as we entered the resort. The atmosphere and vibe of the whole resort was really designed to be relaxing. Many facilities and we even get to enjoy complimentary meditation and yoga classes (which were not part of our prearranged schedule). Our host Jee was very helpful and very accomodating to changes in our class schedule. Pilates instructor Kevin was very good in his teaching sessions, tough class but had an enjoyable time. Meals provided were not only nutritious but tasted good as well. Variety of massages to choose from as well. Overall a very pleasant stay and will recommend to anyone who not only wants tobwork out but relax at the same time.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were contactable when we arrived via telephone. We had a room on the top floor with a balcony, facing the road. There was a kettle, microwave, fridge, wardrobe with hangers, safe in the room, WiFi, aircon, an electric fan and cutlery. We found this great as we could make our own snacks / refreshments. The beds were hard and I could feel the springs in my ribs on occasions but still slept fairly well. Shower is powerful. Complimentary bottle of water on arrival and rooms were cleaned every other day. The only downside to this hotel is the location it’s a bit of a walk from the bo phut beach fisherman’s village and also on a main road which can be quite dangerous when walking around but we found it okay. Would recommend if you are looking for something cheap and cheerful.
