Worst Hotel stayed ever. 1. Rude Staff During Check In 2. Bed Bugs in the room 3. Uncleaned Bed Sheets 4. Broken Chairs 5. Uncleaned Bath Room 6. Insects in the room (Mosquitoes, Ant,....) 7. Poor Customer Care Complained about this issue at Fab Hotel Customer Care at 7:00 PM and they said will get back to you in 30 minutes after checking with the Hotel Manager. While checking with Hotel Manager no one from Fab contacted them. Manager said he will change the room but there will be the same issues if you would like to stay means you can stay. How can we stay after getting the response like this. We have waited till 10:00 PM there is no response from Fab Hotel Customer Care. After that we have checked out. While asking for the refund they are saying you have stayed in the room for more than 3 hours after the complaint so one night retention charges will be applicable. Fab Hotel Customer care team saying you should have checked out immediately. Regarding refund we should send an email only. They will not speak to us over the phone.
