Near and clean rooms. The amenities like breakfast, house cleaning and breakfast are good. Free breakfast. But the rooms are smaller and costly.

Pros are location, very close to new market and park street and security guards are always present although i felt it little bit costly, service quality and behaviour of staffs were also good
although i noticed bathroom false ceiling had a small leakage on the last morning of my stay which is really a concern,

This hotel is not for business travellers as guests are from nearby countries residing for their treatment in the hospitals or people visiting for sight seeing, also found too expensive not value for money spent. Location is also in crowded place

I had a very satisfactory stay in this hotel. The room was spacious with a big double-sized bed, ample seating arrangements, and a writing table. The bed was just hard enough. The bathroom was good. The two restaurants were good. One served breakfast, the other Ruposhi Bangla lunch & dinner. The breakfast had quite extensive menu of Indian fare. The dishes were a bit repetitive. The doors, both the main & the bathroom, were very heavy & difficult to open. The hotel staff were great.

the property is at prime location, has its own parking and the rooms are also good . the reception area is also very nice. The room we stayed in supposedly was their superior room , one suggestion plz provide mirror 🪞 in the bathroom , we were in 410. also the morning breakfast was chaotic, there were lot of guests but the support staff was less , lot of rush, if you have so many guests , plz have more staffs so thar everything goes smoothly and guests don't face any inconvenience
