I have booked 2 deluxe room for me and my friend but when i reach there they said that there is no deluxe room available we have dormitory only so they didn't provide me any room. i have booked 2 room of amount 3046. no i want my money back.

I asked for 100 rupees, which was not available before. (I found out from a local that the price must be borne by the owner of the accommodation called c-form). Since I did not know the situation, I came on the same day and was told that I could not spend the additional 100 rupees. When I requested a cancellation, I received an email from the hotel saying that the refund request was not accepted and the amount was spent as is.
(It's not a lot of money, so you can spend plenty, but I'm leaving it here because I think it will be helpful if you know about this situation.)

This hotel is a scam. After booking I had to pay cash again Please take any action for this hotel as soon as possible. You still haven't returned my money. I have emailed at least 30 times. I have been cheated by you.

First of all its a dormitory only for males, secondly it is at a walking distance from mg metro station, thirdly the price is quite low according to the services provided, fourth the washrooms are clean. Dont forget to carry a lock as they dont provide one for your storage box. Moreover if you're on a business trip paid breakfast and laundry services are provided.

if you are carrying anything valuable then you must carry a small lock with you so you can lock your goods in locker

Most of the time they switch off the ac. Every time you need to ask to on ac. 2nd point i asked them to change bedsheet. Gentleman said not available today. 3rd point i asked them to give 12 non check out. They denied. Location is good. Bed was good and comfortable. Over all stay was good except above points
