Nous avons séjourné quelques jours au Flamingo. C'est une très belle résidence, mais par contre, l'hygiène et l'état des chambres sont complètement à revoir. Le premier jour, nous sommes arrivés la nuit (à 2 h du matin) et nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit tellement la chambre était sale, vraiment très sale. L'équipe de nuit a fait tout le nécessaire (changement de matelas, couverture, coussin, etc.). C'est vraiment dommage que l'hygiène et l'entretien des chambres ne soient pas pris au sérieux : climatisation qui fonctionne une fois sur deux, plus de 30 degrés dans une des chambres. C'est un endroit avec un potentiel énorme, avec une super vue sur les montagnes et des prix très corrects.L'entretien de la piscine est également à revoir, l'eau était très trouble.Je ne recommande pas cet endroit tant que les chambres ne seront pas entièrement rénovées.Je remercie tout de même le personnel de l'accueil d'avoir fait le nécessaire pour que nous ayons au moins une chambre propre.

So, we arrived in Turkey, to a hotel called Flamingo. The first people who MET us were NOBODY! Previously, we only stayed in fives, so those who decided to come here are the worst choice they can make. And now the main thing is, if you see a scary lady at the reception, run. We arrived at 9 and waited until they checked us in, and the main thing that outraged me most of all was that we were given rooms on the 1st floor, and they said that they would give us another room for 100 dollars, this is the wildest incompetence. The hotel is dirty, the furniture is old, I’ll just say nothing about the table and kitchen, 1 type of meat and desserts from the store. No animation or anything. There is a wonderful hotel nearby, emre beach, for almost the same price. So the hotel is terrible.

We book ourselves for 6 weeks . Picture on website not like inside. Rooms are very dirty , walls with stain on them . Kitchen with no working fan just one pot and one frying pan . No utensils, plastic plates. We end up buying everything wine glasses chopping board , mixing bowl etc. When I complain to Manager ( Woman with long curly hair ) she rudely answered me That’s how is in Turkey . That’s not thru cos we stay in other fabulous places in Turkey. No good morning or nothing. You just treat like a number . After my complaints Manager she even didn’t look at me at all for rest our stay. Internet very poor working only in living room . After all we decided to break our stay there and go somewhere else. Thank you to Chap call Al for doing your best !
