Best hotel ever near to halal food, motorbike rental, 7e, ATM machines. Love to stay here ! staff very helpful and polite and put luggage first before check in. Very recommended 🤍🤍🤍

Thanks to Phu Pano for the great stay (6 nights): really enjoyed the pool and the room was very nice also ! The staff was really super kind, even for Thailand ! Good location, not far from the beach but still quiet and calm. Amazing view from the pool king view room ! Definitely would recommend staying here !

We were welcomed by a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff, Book, who guided us on the areas nearby and ran through the hotel app with us. Book and Ae are polite, genuine and simply remarkable with their hospitality. The rest of the staff never fail to greet you, always smiling and engage in small talk with guests. We took the cliff view and it was a sight to behold. Sunset from the room is a must! Breakfast spread 10/10. Activities 10/10. Convenience and location 10/10. Clean rooms 10/10 The hotel offers muay thai sessions, pool bar, pool slide, sight seeing, bike rental, surf skate. Its far enough to silence the Krabi bustling noise by midnight yet near enough to go to massages, Mother Marche and eateries on foot. Thank you for the wonderful experience and we definitely will be back!

Good experience, all the facilities in the pool is free however when I asked them if it’s (paddle board) free they said 300bath/hour. The next day, we asked other guy he said it’s free for up to 75mins. From google reviews, it’s said free. Food for breakfast is so so, nothing special. Quite old facilities. The best thing is facilities in the pool. All free and it’s real long and big pool. Compared with marriot group 5 stars hotel I will definitely recommend MARRIOT. Accor has long way to go in terms of service.

Resort is set amidst a Beautiful & Picturesque location,away from the hustle and bustle of other busy resort destinations. The entrance to the resort is quite an Adventure! Ideal for a relaxing & quiet family vacation. Warm & Friendly staff, always glad to help with a smile . Well maintained rooms and amenities, could do with a bit of modernisation and luxury to match the price. Sumptuous Buffet Spread! Food Quality and Service at all the F&B Outlets was splendid. Super Cocktails! Fantastic” Instagramable”views of the ocean from the rooms and the swimming pool.!, Hence Didn't feel the need to venture out of the resort ! Would definitely come back again

Stayed one night at this resort, booked a deluxe privacy bungalow and was very disappointed, more like a 2-3 star. Accommodation was tired and tatty, bathroom smelt strongly of drains and when I complained the solution they offered was a perfumed oil burner which never arrived. The furniture is old and the whole bungalow needed updating and re painting. Outside area of bungalow was not welcoming and jacuzzi bath was dirty and un-inviting. Lots of construction taking place so not peaceful in the least, also lots of rubbish around the resort

Pro- great location and beautiful decorated and natural gardens. Against - lousy. Very very lousy service. Rooms - they have moved / changed us three rooms. Each one with different room failure - water, air condition, shower...., They allocated a different room then the type booked. They never fixed room above failures... but they promised they did. 4 days stayed and 3 rooms changed. They did not offer ANY compensation. .. only ” sorry”. The lowest possible service and rooms quality. I had booked luxury expensive room.... So disappointed. SO DISAPPOINTED ! NEVER GO THERE.

The best thing about this resort is the location. The hotel sits right on the beach. The area is quiet but there are some nice restaurants around. The hotel itself needs some upgrades as it is a bit dated but it is well maintained. If you want a quiet, relaxed atmosphere in Krabi we definitely recommend this place. Transport can be problematic and a bit costly but if you order a grab in advance they usually show up.

Centara Ao Nang is a decent mid sized property right on the Ao Nang beach. We stayed here for 4 nights from 5th June 22 till 9th June. For 3 nights we had a Pool view Premier deluxe room in 3rd floor and last night we had a pool access room in ground floor. Rooms are decent sized, Sleep quality good. Linens, towels clean, no issues there. We had two connecting rooms. The property has two pools, one centrally placed huge pool with slides and the other a smaller one near the beach with a beach bar. The breakfast spread is decent but gets monotonous after two days as menu is almost same. Staff very polite and helpful. Overall great place to stay in Krabi at this price point. Spa Cenavaree is very good. Don't go for cheap ones available outside since the service here is way better. Recommended for stay with family.

All in all this was a lovely hotel and I had a great stay. Positives: - Beautiful views. They upgraded my room (which was really nice!) And the views from my balcony were amazing. - Good location. Walking distance to the beach/restaurants etc. but feels tucked away enough that you didn’t feel like you’re in the middle of everything - Really nice pools, both of them are beautiful and a great place to go to relax Negatives: - not the comfiest beds in the world - Lovely service for the most part, however was a bit annoyed with the miscommunication/rushing me out on the last day. I had asked for a late checkout the day before leaving and they told me they could do 1:00 (an hour later than their usual time). I was happy with that, but just after 12 when I was finishing packing up I had someone call my room from the front desk asking if my bags were ready to be taken (aka rushing me out). They didn’t seem to believe me that I’d been told I could have a late checkout. So that was a bit annoying, especially after being woken at 8am by the front desk calling my room as well, saying that my driver (who I hadn’t even booked) was there to take me to the airport / they’d obviously called the wrong room, but annoying when you’re trying to sleep in!
