**Don't be fooled by the positive reviews about this establishment. I should have listened to the negative reviews and avoided this hotel. Result: three horrible nights.**
Let's start with the positives:
- Overall pleasant staff.
- Quality breakfast with a wide choice of savory dishes.
- Possibility of renting a scooter right in front of the hotel and parking it in the hotel parking lot.
- Very good Thai restaurant (Red Chili) just opposite.
Now for the negatives...
Behind its beautiful facade, the hotel is in need of serious renovation. Rooms are poorly decorated and dated, with swatted mosquito marks and other unidentifiable stains on the walls. The showers have a bad smell (similar to urine), there are traces of mold on the shower curtains, and the faucets are rusty.
The pool is cloudy and greenish, although it smells strongly of chlorine. In addition to these hygiene problems, the hotel suffers from a blatant lack of respect for the rules and maintenance of order. People swim in the pool clothed without taking a shower first. In the middle of the afternoon, a group decided to broadcast their own music from their balcony, disturbing the calm, even though the hotel already broadcasts music there.
Every night, people shout and talk very loudly in the corridors, without the hotel intervening. The lack of management and respect for the rules seriously harms the quality of the stay.
I absolutely do not recommend this establishment
