Hotels near Jackie Boat Tours, Krabi

It’s a lovely hotel a little bit out the way but I like to walk so that was good. The gardens and pool are beautiful and looks on to the mountain stunning view. The room was very nice but not cleaned very well there were stains on the walls that would easily come off with a wipe. They say breakfast is included but it’s just a cup of coffee and a warm wrap. I never pay to have breakfast at hotels in Thailand as I never find it very good but this was automatically included in the price. One morning when I opened the wrap it was all mouldy. Breakfast and cleaning aside I would definitely stay here again.

Thanks to Phu Pano for the great stay (6 nights): really enjoyed the pool and the room was very nice also ! The staff was really super kind, even for Thailand ! Good location, not far from the beach but still quiet and calm. Amazing view from the pool king view room ! Definitely would recommend staying here !

This is our 4th trip to Krabi and subsequently the 4th hotel that we have stayed at. Villa cha cha in a nutshell is everything you want in a resort for a family trip. We booked the beachfront suite and it was nice, spacious and comfortable! The service is overall good but, and this is a minor issue, the food takes time to be served in the restaurant, which basically means you can enjoy more cocktails in the happy hour :) It is a 15 mins drive away from Ao Nang beach but they have a free shuttle service every half hour. Another thing they can improve upon is having another masseuse at their spa. There is only one masseuse and sometimes the wait period is too long!

Ok...overall, everything is ok, only that room doesn't have a lift..as I mentioned that the room is on the ground floor and the room next to it and if there is a lift, because my mother's knees are too strong to go up the stairs...my mother had to talk to go down up...

Wunderschönes einzigartiges Hotel mit sehr schönen liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmern. Sehr süsses freundliches Personal und alles sehr sauber. Und das für nur! 700 Baht die Nacht in dieser Saison. Sehr grosse wunderschöne Zimmer, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Schöne Poolanlage. Toll.

Very cute, good service, ready to help I am impressed, but I would like to deduct 1 star Because when booking the room, I wrote a request that I asked for a quiet room Which thinks that the hotel should see and arrange the room as requested, but when I really stayed On the first night, it was quite noisy because the room doesn't keep much sound. When someone playing in the water, they will hear the sound. But we are still ok Because the sound is not so loud that we can't sleep But when staying for the second night There are new customers who stay in the room above. That day, we went diving and when we came back in, quite shocked. because the noise is very loud. Running and playing in the room, smashing our feet. At first, we thought it would be late. He may not sleep at all. But when the time passed until 4-5 p.m. There were children running and climbing the balcony. smashing the door in front of the balcony loudly in the hotel. Which we felt starting to stand Unable Therefore went to show the staff He called the customer for you. Quiet for a while Until we were going to sleep, there was a running and playing in the room Almost all night But I think I can still bear it because it is still lighter than the sound of smashing the balcony door Until in the morning, I was shocked to wake up because a child climbed in front of the room. I feel very uncomfortable And have to wake up because of the extreme noise Both the sound of running on the room The sound of running in front of our room climbed in front of our room I felt uneasy at all, so I had gone to inform the staff. Which the reception lady (morning Shift) has received the matter But doesn't look very careful Not very careful what we have to know So we went to talk to the organizer. The restaurant, which he is very cute. He apologized to us And listen to what we said Until we felt good and impressed him But I want the hotel to pay attention to the customer's request a little Because when we stay The room is not full. We enjoyed our stay a lot and probably would have stayed two days even more, but unfortunately they were booked out. We also had a special request in our booking and they didn’t ignore it. In the room you have everything that you need - a fridge, TV and even a hairdryer. Most important part is the bed and we liked it a lot..I read before we went that some people found the bed very hard, but for us it was perfect and we had a very good sleep. WiFi worked great (watched Netflix without problems) and room was very clean - no strange stains on the sheets or anything like that. Also the location is ideal for Krabi town, because in front of the hotel there is a market where you can get food (rice with crispy chicken and salad) starting from 35 Baht and 7/11 is just next to the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is really cute and they have the best hook ups for transportation and tours. They really don’t pressure you either. My friends booked at the blu monkey nearby, a new 4 star hotel in town, and the front desk couldn’t be half assed to help arrange anything, but everyone I talked to at the front desk here was helpful and arranged an easy ride to Railey. When I wanted to go to Ao Nang, they even suggested the bus or grab instead of taxi. The rooms are clean and basic, though tbh there’s some wear in the paint and such. Still a great stay. Bed was soft.

The staff were really friendly but unfortunately after waiting 3 hours to check in I found bed bugs in the bed. I had checked reviews to avoid any place with bed bugs and there was no mention of any on other reviews. I reported in to the receptionist and they changed my room right away and had a cleaner stripping the bed straight away. However there was then bed bugs in the 2nd room, to which I immediately showed the receptionist as she was still in my last room and she just flicked it off and said they will change the sheets. My concern was that if there are bed bugs in two of the rooms on the sheets then there will be more and they reside in the mattress and below the sheets too. I said I just cannot stay there as I do not want to get bites or for my things to become infested. The receptionist said sorry there are no refunds, I read at the desk that there were no refunds under any circumstances however I understand that for other reasons but this is unacceptable and this is a clear health issue and was completely out of my control. I am disappointed with the approach towards this and feel I should have received a refund as I was not there for even an hour. This would have been a lovely stay and the staff were so kind and did try to rectify the situation by giving me a new room immediately but unfortunately due to this issue I would not recommend staying here.

Still a good place to stay for a couple of days. Hotel are placed a little outside from Krabi Town, but there are a lot of restaurants around the Hotel. For now, a construction is going on. They are building a new reception, new Café and not to forget a new swimming pool. According to the manager they hope to be finish in November. We will be back at next year. We look forward to stay at the hotel and the new thing once again. According to manager, the hotel will have breakfast and buffet again, when renovation is finish. Note Hotel is SHA+ approved.
