Nice and comfortable room. The breakfast is very good with a wide variety. The best pancakes. The standard room does not have slippers. The location of the hotel is a little far from the Central Square.

It’s simply ideal. The rooms spacious and modern with super air con shower and amenities. Staff helpful friendly and efficient Location spot on- it’s on the doorstep of the Jewish quarter, number 13 tram into the old town outside, on the airport side of town with £28 cab direct ( hello Cracow tours are perfect) and shops and amenities within moments walk. A wealth of bars and restaurants for every taste and budget. Breakfast is lovely, with a great polish continental and hot selection. Bean to cup coffee and the bar is lovely cocktails and drinks reasonable and delicious. Waiting staff in restaurant went out of their way to make helpful recommends for shops and future visits. Recommend the Wodka cafe towards Schindlers passage at the back of the hotel. It’s a cracking family or couples hotel and we would not hesitate to return. Did a tour of Auschwitz and Birkenau, and also Energylandia with hello Cracow and Cracow top tours respectively. Have reviewed them separately but this hotel location made a great day out even easier. What a city, what a hotel.

Spent a brilliant week at this lovely hotel. The staff were lovely and the housekeeping was exceptional. I can't recall being in a cleaner, tidier hotel. A minor problem with a bedside light was fixed whilst we were out for the day. The hotel is in a great position with numerous cafes and restaurants nearby and it's an easy walk to the castle and most other tourist spots. It's only about 5 minutes to a lovely walk along the river. We had an enormous bowl of fruit in our room when we arrived and the tea coffee making facilities were welcome. The choice at breakfast was enormous and the restaurant provides good food at a a very reasonable price although the attraction of the numerous nearby restaurants meant we only ate there a couple of times. The hotel has very little frontage onto the road and is long and thin at right angles to it. The trams can be noisy if you are unlucky enough to get one of the few rooms at the front. However, the windows are double glazed and the air conditioning is pretty quiet. We had no problems be we were about half way back from the road - and coming from the country, we think we are susceptible to noise. Thoroughly recommend the hotel and Krakow - so much to see!

We have just returned from a 3 night city break at the Golden Tulip Kazimierz. The hotel is in the perfect location, close enough to the city centre but also far enough away to be a little quieter. The area around the hotel is lovely, plenty of places to eat and drink. There are some lovely little cafes and it’s also close to the Vistula river which we enjoyed an evening walk along. Our room were very clean and comfortable, tea/coffee facilities and a fabulous walk in shower. The ac kept the room nice and cool. We stayed in room 225 and whilst we had some street noise, it was relatively quiet. We ate in the restaurant on our first night and received a 10% discount for being hotel guests. The food was fabulous (burgers and pierogi’s), well presented and very tasty. Service was also good, very friendly. We had a few drinks at the bar and the cocktails were fabulous (and very reasonably priced). Breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of choice with fruit, yoghurts, cereals, bread/rolls, cooked and continental, tea/coffee machine, various juices. The hotel is kept immaculately clean, our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely return and highly recommend. Dziękuję

This hotel is in a great location for exploring the city, a tram stop close by and a 10 to 20 minute walk from most major sights in the city. The room we had was facing a central courtyard, so not a great outlook, but it was quiet, very clean and spacious, had a fridge, tea & coffee making, good size wardrobe and comfortable beds. Always immaculately cleaned everyday. The hotel reception was clean and welcoming and the staff were fantastic, very helpful, plenty of local knowledge, friendly and polite. We needed to phone and check a time and location correction for an excursion, reception staff made the call for us in Polish, made sure we had all the up to date info. Concierge helped take our bags to the room and told us all we needed to know about restaurant timings, breakfast, the bar, places to visit, really great. The food in the restaurant was delicious. A huge choice for breakfast which would suit all nationalities. We ate in the restaurant on two evenings as there is also a resident discount on the price. The cocktails in the bar were great. The staff again were friendly and polite, even to some really loud annoying person who was there! I would highly recommend staying here, great place.

Excellent hotel with great facilities. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable. First class restaurant serving a terrific range of food all at a very reasonable price Had a lovely cocktail bar which was an excellent place to go and relax. Daniel the young barman was so professional and friendly. Centrally located it’s the ideal place to start your tour of Krakow. All in all a very pleasant place to stay, will definitely use again

Was a lovely place to stay, some really lovely helpful staff members. Rooms are comfortable, beds were comfortable. If there was anything you needed you could call reception and they would bring to you. Food was nice, we had breakfast every morning. We had one main meal which was lovely.
