The location was Amazing , I can see the central square from my room . Really few steps no from everything. Well equipped room , with kettle , mug , soluble coffe and tea . I love this kind of stuff in the room . The bathroom, the shower was clean and new . The receptionist nice . The breakfast is weel filled ..you can chose between salty and sweet stuff .
You can find everything you need there . ☺️ Widly suggested

Hotel a pochi minuti dal palazzo dei Tessuti,in pieno centro di Cracovia.Molto comodo per visitare la città a piedi e vicino ad ottimi ristoranti tipici.Il personale che ha accolto me e la mia famiglia si è comportato in maniera professionale ed è stato molto disponibile.La camera dispone di un ventilatore e non ha aria condizionata ( per noi è stato più che sufficiente) , molto silenziosa in quanto affacciava sul cortile.Rapporto qualità/ prezzo ottimale.Non abbiamo usufruito del servizio di colazione perché abbiamo preferito farla ogni giorno in un posto diverso.Buona la pulizia delle camere ( magari non proprio tempestiva) .Noi lo utilizzeremmo senza dubbio ancora.

From the moment we arrived at 00.30 on the 11 July 2024 through to our departure on 17 July 2024, the staff were nothing but friendly and helpful. All queries were met with a smile before the appropriate response was given. Breakfast was delicious in the underground Trattoria and the room was clean and tidy throughout our time there.

Reasonably clean but slightly dated feeling hotel. No air con in the room made it extremely hot and very noisy on the main pedestrian street as we had to have our window open. Good position in the town for main old town square. Tea and coffee in the room was minimal as there was no milk provided. Breakfast was adequate but the sane every day- we were quite bored of it by the end!
