when I check in at the hotel, the front desk lady said I got 2 twin bed room but I requested for a king bed, so she said she can upgrade me to have king bed room but just don’t have bath tub with shower. That is no problem and I stayed there for 2 nights and meet up some Malaysian friend for my birthday month! The breakfast there is great and I spent 3 hours there to feed myself damn full!

Don't expect much from this hotel because it's just a 3-star level. There are still many things that need to be improved. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist did not any said “welcome to us” and did not smile at us. We were quite lucky to get a room with a nice view but it was quite small ago and It is a room that has been used heavily. The sink has cracks and the shower room cannot keep water inside. Water comes out of the bathroom into the bedroom every time you shower. There were only two towels in the room and they were quite old. There were only 2 pillows. The phone in the room cannot call reception. Every time a request is made, you must walk downstairs. We requested 2 more towels and 2 more pillows but the hotel charged us an additional RM20. which we understand and are happy to pay. before leaving the hotel We always told the front desk that our room must have 4 pillows and 4 towels, but when we got back to the hotel we were always disappointed by the cleaning staff. Not provided as we informed reception and as we paid. We have to go down and tell the receptionist every time. Don't expect breakfast at this hotel, the fried rice is so hard it's almost inedible. There was no salad and the food was not diverse. We can’t eat breakfast here because low quality but I understand about cost. There are a lot of homeless people in the area around the hotel. The advantage of this hotel is that it is convenient to travel near the LRT station - Masjid Jamek 280 meters, Pasar Seni 470 meters and Central Market just a few steps away. The bed is quite soft and very comfortable to rest. The view from the sky level is very beautiful. The swimming pool look like good to play in.

Very accomodating staff. Has remarkable Quality service. Has a complimentary cake for guest with birthday which is highly appreciated. Clean and well organize room accomodation. Breakfast buffet are amazing. Not so pricy hotel but has quality service!Highly recommended hotel.

Very helpful workers, super nice and friendly. Lots of help from them with the rooms and where to go and eat. Nice rooms and CLEAN. The sustainability things that the hotel is doing is impressive. Very happy with the experiences with the hotel. Especially with Khine, Nutchaya Reynaldo. Would rate it 9/10, good enough experience.

Despite the excellent service and cleanliness at the Hilton property, the disappointing location overshadowed these positives. Despite the stunning views, the inconvenience of the location, coupled with limited access to nearby attractions, left me with mixed feelings about the overall experience. As a guest expecting the quality associated with the Hilton brand, I had hoped for a more convenient and central location to complement the excellent service and cleanliness.

This is my second time staying here. I really like Ibis KL . Breakfast decent but I like the staff keep on top up whenever the food almost finish. The staff really nice and helpful. The main attraction of course the swimming pool and free parking that I consider staying here . One more thing although i come during Christmas... The check in and check out process is so smooth consider this heavy traffic and full house. Thumb up for all the staff.

It's all smooth since i choose booking hotel via the Trip apps. Don't be lazy to read a review and picture uploaded from others. Just a lil bit confuse when to check in, i'm driving to there, so, find The Intermark Mall, then go to the Gate C, you can park from level 4 and above. You'll find Lobby entrance lift, go to Level 1 to Hotel reception. After check in, you can see the lift to the hotel. It is not the same lift to the car park. Don't forget to endorse your carpark ticket at the frontdesk before you check out My check in was so easy and smooth. The staff greet me very friendly, as soon as they saw me walk in. The frontdesk manager who assist me, also was a good looking, humble, always smile, soft spoken, make customer feels comfortable ”Tenang Rasa Hati”. 5 star for you. While waiting, you will be given a Hilton Cookies, yummy ☺️ Then show your booking number and your ID, give your email and phone number and hallas your access card are ready. There's a mall down there. You can go for shoping, everything you need, just name it, pharmacy, saloon, money changer, boutique, and also a food's court. The bed, bathroom was very clean. Smells fresh, good and fragrance. The interior design just like shown in the TRIP. The next day, while i'm going out, the house keeping cleans my room just like before i've check in. He changed everything, towel, bathrobe, and top up more drinking water, tissue, conditioner etc, i like it so much... i gave him 5 star rating for this. My room so refreshing for another one more night. I like the way they separate the floor in the bedroom, so i don't have a problem to pray in here. Breakfast from 7.30 - 10.30am at 'Makan' level 11. Even i'm on my IF but it's ok, my cheat day, hahaha. There is a variety of foods you can choose, Asian, Indian, western, malaysian breakfast, pastry, salad, noodle, murtabak, tosei, fruits, cracker, everything was there. I'm not a picky person, but every hotel i go/stay, i will try their Omellete and here, i love it so much because there is so many ingredient you can add in, just name it, sausage, mushroom, cheese, etc. I have a realy nice and fantastic moment being in this hotel, and i will not hesitate to stay here again next time.

They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to assist with any requests I had, whether it was arranging transportation or recommending local attractions to visit. Their professionalism and dedication truly enhanced my stay. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions such as Petronas Twin Towers and Bukit Bintang shopping district. Overall, my experience at Temu Hotel was delightful and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to returning to Temu Hotel on my next visit to this vibrant city.

_3/5 stars_ I recently spent 2 nights at the Bejaya Time Hotel, and while the stay was comfortable, the room allocation was a letdown. We had booked a Superior room with a king bed, but were assigned a Queen room instead. When I brought this to the reception's attention, I was told that it was ”subject to availability” and that the Queen room was actually an ”upgrade” to a Deluxe room. I found this response tone-deaf and unhelpful. The hotel's location is convenient, with Sugai Wang shopping mall just across the road. However, the room itself was small, and the Queen-sized bed was a challenge for my husband, who is 1.8m tall. His feet dangled off the bed, which was quite amusing but not ideal. Overall, while the hotel has its positives, the room allocation mishap and the reception's response left a sour taste. We won't be choosing this hotel again. _Pros:_ Convenient location, comfortable stay _Cons:_ Room allocation issue, small room, poor customer service response
