No star for smell. We stayed 4 nights in Pan Pacific Serviced Apartment, suffered 5 days 4 nights of sewer smells in the entire apartment. Day 2, we called to inform the service counter that the smell overnight was overwhelming. Service man came said they did something to the air duct. Night 2, the smell worse. Day 3 we called again to inform about the bad sewer smell. Service man came and told us ventilator not working and it is a known thing about the smell which they have been sorting out. As a engineer, I do not see what they can do to tackle the issue because this is most certainly a HVAC design issue. We asked for change of room but was told there aren't any available unit of the same type that we booked unless we are willing to downgrade to 2 bedroom with king and twins set up or take 2 units of single bedder. The 2 bedroom apartment they offered is next door which I strongly believe it will also have the same issue since the sewer vent pipes are most likely connected. These suggestions cannot work well with my family (we need big bed) and shortchanging us so we didn't accept. The property manager provided a tiny humidifier to mask the smell. The humidifier is only good for one room and not the entire apartment. What is more it has a small capacity and we were not given essential oil to continue use over night. We suffered another night of unbearable sewer smell. Day 4, I went to ask front desk to do something about the smell again. This time we were provided a bigger machine, a sharp ioniser air purifier, which is also not of sufficient capacity to cover the entire apartment. It made me wonder how we being patronised over the last 3 days and not given the best solutions they could offer from the beginning. Night 4, we were still affected by the sewer smell. It is a well maintained apartment with good location. Service men and managers are well mannered. But we highly doubt we will be staying with Pan Pacific and associated hotel lines again. The sewer smell was so daunting and it will stay with Pan Pacific brand name in my mind. I hope the Pan Pacific can do something about it. After all sewer smell can contain toxic gases like hydrogen sulphite, ammonia and methane etc.

Booked a 2 bedroom, everything was perfect. The room was tastefully designed and clean. Like the fact that it has 2 toilets where the 5 of us don’t have to fight and wait for bathroom. Room comes with washer and dryer, you will have to get laundry capsules form the reception. A fully equipped kitchenette is also available. There is parking right outside the place with a fee of RM$30 per day. Super convenient. However, there’s only 2 lots outside the place and it’s first come first served but we were lucky to get the lot for the 3 days we were there. Better place and newer compared to Westin. Located in also next to malls.

If sofa is leather will be better, as cloth is easy to have germs. Remove carpet will also be best as same as easy to have germs.

Apartment Location excellent with loads of amenities within footsteps. Albeit dissapointed with service upon arrival, recovery was done. Great place to stay for families.

Everything is good. But the deposit has been 3 weeks did not refund yet. I'm so upset about it. And already emailed the hotel. They reply to me with the official phrase “Your deposit will be refunded within 3 weeks” And never reply to me. If u refunded you can provide me the transaction ID so I can confirm with a bank right? I'm so upset with it. I think I need to contact the police department

In short: Terrible experience with several considerable gaps across housekeeping, breakfast offerings and limited service standards. The only redeeming quality is the location. The detail: First room was great, no major issues with the room which was a Premier category. Upper level, so good view. Only issue here was toilet roll was not replenished (there was none left), and pillows smelt of ass. Both replaced when raised. Second room, after we extended our stay, was a Deluxe and it went downhill. Fast. Blood stain on the blanket… bites overnight (assume bed bugs), towels smelt like used, lukewarm water during shower, freezing cold room despite attempting to increase the temp and then finally washing machine had a major leak. It took maintenance team over an hour to come take a look. Breakfast - basic and fine except when it got busy on the Friday and there was no food left… no bread, no fruits, nothing. Guests roaming abound the tight buffet area unsure what to pick from (remnants of noodle left, salad leaves, and some stale danish pastries). Staff were unsure what to tackle first oncoming Guests, clean up the plates or hide from the complaints. Tried raising the variety of issues as feedback with the Manager twice, but no follow up or any contact from the duty manager. Got chatting to another couple staying at the hotel, and they had a similar experience with breakfast disappointment and service overall being really flat. Cannot wait to check out tomorrow. Imagine blood stains, bed bugs, smelly towels and no service standards when things go wrong. 2.5 stars overall.

Very good accommodation experience, the front desk (Ms. Margaret) is enthusiastic, not only the front desk, everyone answered questions with a smile. The afternoon tea provided with the room booking is also good, the double portion is enough for the three of us, the gym and swimming pool on the top floor have a wide view. The suite is suitable for three people, and there is a washing machine and dryer in the room (integrated). The location is also good, next to the Pavilion shopping mall, and within walking distance of French Fries Street and Petaling Street.

Second time here and i love this place!! Super convenient, as i can walk to Pavillion mall and Lot 10 is just right beside us with amazing japanese food! rooms are clean and spacious! love that there is a washing machine and dryer as well
