Friendly staff (Beatrice,cindy, belle & ms alyn) with good service and they welcomed us very well. Hstay have modern design and very clean with 4 bedroom & also bed very comfortable. We love our stay there & will repeat come again

Very noisy.. can easily hear people from above unit and also along the road side even is already at 37th floor.. very bad maintenance unit.. many dirts on the wall and stain on the sofa. Very bad experience!

I lost my earphones at the hotel and wanted to pick them up myself. Then my friend happened to be in Kuala Lumpur and asked him to help me get them. I contacted the housekeeper, but now he is making excuses and saying he didn't see the earphones. It's disgusting~
