A clean, well maintained hotel within walking distance from the KLCC twin towers. Room is clean and shower has good water pressure. The only complaint I have is that the basin in my room is clogged as the water drain off very slowly.

Odalar küçük. Erken check-in için yardımcı oluyorlar. Kahvaltıda doğu mutfağına ağırlık verilmiş (bu kötü). Önüne yeni dikilen gökdelenler yüzünden Petronas Towers manzarası kapanmış.

The only benefit of this hotel is that it’s on a busy street and close to the mall. Everything else has been extremely disappointing. Staff is not the nicest. Breakfast was various but lacked quality and felt more like cafeteria food. Rooms aren’t very clean and you need to use wipes to get rid of stains, dust, etc. But the biggest incident was last night when a stranger from the room next door entered our room at 5am through some connecting door that apparently doesn’t lock. My elderly mother woke up screaming at 5am as a stranger was standing right in front of the bed. It was really scary and traumatizing and I can’t imagine how it would’ve felt as a solo female traveler being in a room that anyone can enter at any time. Not to mention that this happened after another incident at 2am when a violent fight woke us up upstairs and a man was violently banging on the door for several minutes until security finally took care of it. It was honestly a terrible night and I was truly worried about my mother’s heart condition after all of this. The manager at the reception was really insensitive, she agreed to switch our room and let us check out later but only after asking the strangest questions like “was the intruder in the room an adult man?” or “but are you sure you’re not the one who left the door open”… It does not matter who was the individual that entered the room, it’s still a stranger and it’s still unsafe. And trying to blame us for what happened is really messed up. Absolutely appalling. Most of the staff downstairs speaks to you like a robot anyway and barely answer any concern you have. It’s only thanks to Trip.com customer service that we were able to have a refund on the last night. It’s our first ever bad experience in Malaysia, what a shame. There are many other options in the area where the staff is kind, the rooms are safe and clean, and the food is delicious.

A busy hotel. Check-in was slow, long Q and slow “attitude” & service…maybe staff had a busy day. Collected RM200 for 2 nights as security deposit and paid RM20 for tourist tax (RM10/night). Shown staff the printed invoice payment issued by trip.com is inclusive of tourist tax. The staff explained that the invoice from trip.com is incorrect. A mistake? The room was basic and clean. Overall acceptable. Kettle was faulty and called the “One Stop Call Centre”. The 1st response was “Really!”. Speechless. Rather poor attitude. Breakfast was crowded and service staff was too busy ever to smile. Overall an average stay. Not a suitable hotel for business traveler who wanted good service & avoid crowds.

Last minute booking with Trip.com with late checked in around 2200h. Luckily, my check in process going smoothly. FO staff welcoming me well but its more better if the staff can respect client which when the client begin the conversation or speak in malay then the staff reply it with malay also and vice versa. My room small, suitable for couple only, presented with soft mattress, clean, neat and tidy but still have smell something not good, sorry to say, but its real. TV function but not functioning, no channels available even radio can’t find from the tv, what the bad experience and boring room, please solve it! Breaksfast was good, have many choice, keep it up! Lastly, please take notes of the complaints given by every clients because we pay for every facility and service provided! Thank you.

I am writing this review to express my satisfaction toward the hotel and the the trip.com customer care during my recent trip. From the moment arrived, the staffs gave a warm welcome, the receptionists work with quality, she explained one by one and and vey clearly. The comfortable accommodation exceeded my expectations. And I was also impressed with how smooth every was for my trip. Thank once again for trip.com to keep me up to date such as for the flight and and the hotel. I felt there was someone by side to help me out when I meet a problem. I will recommend the hotel and trip.com to friends and families. It was a good experience to explore Malaysia for the 2nd time and to be continued. The attached photos below are the place I have visited during the trip: 1/ Hotel ( from hotel to MRT station it’s about 900m) 2 stations to be chosen: Ampang Park station or KLCC station 2/ Japan Alor at Bukit Bitang ( the huge night market and delicious food there) there are. Aristides of food such as ( local food, Thai food food and Chinese food, many more) 3/ The pavillon mall is super nice and super convenient 4/ The exchange TRX ( the new mall) is super duper nice 👍👍👍 The trip truly made my experience memorable . I look forward to the opportunity of returning in the future.

Ibis KLCC is actually about 15 mins walk to KLCC and to the LRT station. While food choices were readily available getting around means ordering a Grab which usually takes some time. Staff were friendly and professional, amenities were sufficient just wish I have the means of casting my device to the TV. Breakfast was nice, with Malay, Indian and Chinese choices. Hopefully they can come up with a shuttle service to the LRT station in the future.

The location is awesome. This is my second stay at IBIS, KL. I chose it for the location, the breakfast options and the service. It's about an eight minute walk to Petronas Towers, Suria Mall and there are a lot of good restaurants in the area as well. The rooms are a bit dim- lit, and there were no hand towels, only large towels. As a vegetarian, I had many breakfast options. That was great!
