I chose this hotel because of its location and price.
I was traveling alone as a woman, but it was close to the station so I felt safe using it.
When they kept my luggage before check-in and after check-out, many hotels overseas just ask you to leave it there without asking, but here they properly used luggage tags and kept it for me, which was great.
As for cleanliness, there were some stains on the sheets, but it was tolerable for me.

The front desk was very friendly and made my first trip to Malaysia a wonderful memory. There are also many coin laundries and restaurants nearby, which is convenient.

Generally clean and does what you need if all you require is a bed. But space wise in bathroom and room is tiny. No refrigerator in room

It's a hotel where you just need a night to catch a flight the next day. Location is very good, very near to NU Central where you need to take the transport to KLIA. There's plenty of food outlets and convenience stores nearby. Room wise, it's small but at least there's a window.
