A good place to stay. I am loving it. Nearby KL CC and my family and wife love hotel services. This is my 5th time staying in Chorus hotel.

Luckily for Corus, Trip.com categorised the ratings. The staff were exceptional, especially the executive lounge and breakfast reception teams. The hotel room was deplorable, it was very old, stuff was falling apart on a supposedly newly renovated floor, the AC was musty throughout the whole trip and the duvet was clearly not cleaned. My skin itched from the duvet and I had to resort to wrapping myself up in the bath towels in order to sleep.
Despite the great location, good food and awesome hospitality staff, I will never come again. Avoid this hotel if you can!

The hotel is kinda old and the maintenance i guess not at the level it suppose to be. Price wise is the cheapest around this area.
First of all, the hotel assigned me a smoking room (of course the whole floor is full of cigarette smell... so awful) without asking me needing it or not.
While in the room, tv not working (dont bother to request it to be fixed), hair dryer not working (but got it replaced), window's lock is broken (luckily i am in 6th floor, guess no one will climb up to get in), safety box not working (but got it fixed upon request).
Basically other than that, still ok.

All the Corus Hotel staff that I met were very friendly and very helpful from the security guard, concierge, receiptionist, waiters & chef to the manager. The breakfast food and drinks were very tasty and varied. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean.
Just a suggestion for the hotel to have a place for a photo booth...with beautiful background ie moral painting, time tunnel, flower garden, decoration, lighting.etc. for beautiful memories of staying at the hotel. May be with the photos shared by the guests with friends & family will promote the name of the hotel again, for example an interesting scene like the two photos below..
