The room is spacious... Clean..I love the pillow..very comfy... The amenities are complete..mineral water, nescafe, iron ... The staff are friendly and smile.. I love to use their online apps to communicate with the front desk...and I'm quite surprised with their fast reply.. They also have a free shuttle to midvalley and certain places. Please check at the counter.. pool a bit small but it's nice... Gym open 24hrs and they have sauna.

A lovely and beautiful Hotel. It will be a choice to stay with the family or friends. Large and spacious room, just minutes walking distance to Pavillion Bukit Jalil mall and lots of eateries to choose from in the mall and outside the mall. Lovely, helpful, and friendly staff all-rounder. To name some, Maddy and Sharmin at the Front Desk, Jacobsen from F&B and Hossaine from Housekeeping, and the Engineering associates who assisted us in Room 1201/1202/1210 - Congralute the team for us.

Clean rooms, lots of amenities, but not many Muslim-friendly eateries if you're hungry in the middle of the night. But I will definitely repeat again!

I booked a stay for 2 adults and 1 child, as shown in the attached screenshot. Initially, I only selected 2 adults, but then I realized I should add my child to ensure we would all be included for the buffet breakfast. Once I updated the number of guests, the price changed accordingly. When choosing the room, there were two options—one with breakfast included and one without. I opted for the option with breakfast for 3 people, as shown in my booking. However, when I arrived at the reception, they informed me that breakfast was only included for two adults, and I’d need to pay extra for my child’s breakfast. Confused, I checked my Trip.com booking, which clearly showed 3 people. After showing this to the receptionist, they contacted their manager but continued to insist that their hotel system only showed two guests for breakfast. In the end, I decided not to waste time and made another payment for my child's breakfast. The receptionist didn’t smile and came across as a bit bossy, which made the experience even more unpleasant. I felt the service was a little unfriendly and couldn’t help but wonder if it was because I was dressed casually and not wearing luxury brands. I hope the hotel improves in treating all guests with the same respect and friendliness, regardless of their appearance or status. On the positive side, the room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. However, the TV in the room was disappointing, displaying programs in low 144p quality—I expected better from a 5-star hotel. The swimming pool is very kid-friendly, and my child had a great time. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of having dry towels ready at the poolside. The buffet breakfast was quite good and worth the price, though I did notice that some items, like lettuce at the salad bar, were slow to be replenished. I waited for quite some time, and even after checking back later, the area was still empty. Overall, if the hotel can improve its service and attention to detail, I would be more willing to pay for a future stay. While the room and pool were great, the unfriendly service and minor issues make it hard to justify the current pricing.

Hotel is convenient near to Train station. Located near to Garden Mall, KL ECO City & Mid Valley for your shopping / eatery experience. Front desk staffs are friendly. Recommended for next visit.

Cleanliness -bathroom floor very dirty (room 2304, on July 13th 2024) -please bring your own bathroom slipper because it feels very nasty to step on the bathroom floor -shower water drainage poor -the room’s floor is carpetted, the carpet was dusty, makes us keep on sneezing during our stay Comfortibility -bed and pillow was great -aircond and ceiling fan both functioned well Service -we came at 2pm for check in, there were a lot of people, need to queue to check in -we only manage to enter our room at 4.15pm -staff name Imran and Sophia at the counter were polite and Ms Sophia help us to get a room faster (because at first they informed us that our room will only be ready at 5pm lol) -staff Mr Fitri at the counter help us with our checkout on the next day, he was polite as well -even their bellboy (an indian uncle), was also very polite and friendly Parking -they informed us that if we validate our tng card at the hotel reception after checkout, we will only need to pay RM5 for our parking -but when we scan our tng card when going out, midvalley deducted RM10 from our card -is this a scam? lol if the normal parking is RM10 then its better if we just park at the cititel valet parking Location -strategic location, there is a direct door going into the midvalley shopping mall

The rooms are beautifully designed, offering a seamless blend of contemporary décor and comfort. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could need, including high-speed internet and a flat-screen TV. The plush bedding was decent for me and I had restful nights throughout my stay. The dining options at Alila Bangsar are top-notch. The rooftop bar and restaurant quickly became my favorite spot, offering a delectable array of international and local dishes, paired with spectacular panoramic views of Kuala Lumpur. The café served delightful lighter meals, and the lounge bar was perfect for unwinding with a cocktail in the evening. The hotel’s facilities are impressive. The rooftop infinity pool was a highlight, providing a tranquil oasis amidst the urban hustle. The service at Alila Bangsar was impeccable. From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Only downside would be that, I had to take two lifts each time to get to my room. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Kuala Lumpur. The hotel’s proximity to public transportation made it easy to visit major attractions like the Petronas Twin Towers and Bukit Bintang shopping district. Overall, my stay at Alila Bangsar Kuala Lumpur was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of luxurious accommodations, superb dining, excellent facilities, and outstanding service makes this hotel a standout choice for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. I highly recommend it and look forward to my next visit.

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. The place are suitable for those who want to use train as the train only 300 meters. I always staying here because everything ada di sekitar hotel. Such as kedai makan, dobi, watsons and tempat ini tidak pernah sunyi.

Wallahi, this is the best resort I’ve ever experienced. The ambience, hospitality, food, and rooms are all outstanding—truly exceptional! I highly recommend it for a stay and can’t wait to return! 🩷🩷🩷
