I recently stayed 2 nights and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel itself is top-notch, with all the amenities you could ask for. The mattress in my room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep every night of my stay. The location is perfect, situated conveniently close to Pavilion, TRX and MRT station . This made it easy to explore the city and get to where I needed to go without any hassle. The highlight of my stay, however, was the staff. They were always helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Whether it was recommending local restaurants or assisting with any requests, they made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend Capri Fraser Hill Bukit Bintang to anyone looking for a great place to stay in KL. I'll definitely be returning on my next visit.

Overall had a wonderful experience in Ascott, The rooms were big and comfy, had a kitchen & huge living rooms. The balconies were big but not really maintained as the floors were a little dirty and the building was a little old. The toilets were huge and the bath tub was longer than usual which made soaking in it much more comfortable. However, the balcony doors had a little issue with staying closed and the we found a roach in the kitchen cabinets. Overal 9/10 would stay again, price is a little steep & the air conditioning isn’t very strong. Do note that parking is 10RM, requires room card validation. ( no free parking )

It’s a 1 bedroom apar**ent. Reception and the rest of the staff are friendly. Room is spacious, bed is comfortable, air con is quiet. Breakfast is good except for 2 dishes not up to standard. The Ayam Merah is undercook, meat inside are still cold. Fried rice no taste. Today’s special is satay is good. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Just take a grab to go midvalley or walk to Bangsar village.

I have decided to try W Hotel when I saw they had a great deal on weekdays and since I had some spare days off, my friends and I decided to try it out. The team had been extremely helpful especially when I had booked the members rate and realized it was for room only and we wanted to have breakfast because we heard it was great. I dropped a message to the Facebook page and they were quick to respond and assist with this. Not only were they wonderful in responding, they even managed to get us complimentary breakfast for our rooms. I couldn’t have asked for more! The rooms were amazing, especially the ones facing KLCC and the complimentary chocolates were delicious. I tried using the phone to ask for additional pillows but weren’t able to get anyone on hold, however after checking the Marriott app, I was able to place an order for pillows and extra amenities and it was quickly delivered to my room. Truly a wonderful app to compliment the stay. W Insider Kristine was also kind enough to drop me a message on WhatsApp to check on me and it was certainly a great surprise. Breakfast at Flock was truly deserving, it was not the full setup primarily because of the more quieter time of the week, but service was immaculate. Everyone at the restaurant were attentive and helpful, especially Ben who kept checking in on us. Thank you once again for the wonderful stay W, hope to be able to visit again and next time make full use of the pool.

Surrounding environment of the hotel is good, supporting facilities are also good! Not careful enough, no water and toiletries should be provided in advance! And different national conditions should reserve a few conversion plugs for guests to rent, or inform yourself in advance! The front desk service is not available. I can't be reached after work at 9:00 in the evening. I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 that night and checked in almost at 3:00 in the morning! Ctrip's butler has been assisting me to get the job done. Thanks also to the hotel security, very helpful and responsible! Help me contact the cleaning aunt before staying! However, it may be temporarily arranged at the front desk. The room should be unoccupied for a long time. The quilt is covered with dust. It's too late to sleep. Hope the hotel improves

Clean, new, good location and budget friendly. Stayed Two nights in the single room. It's a super single bed with attached washroom. All amenities that other hotels provide are available on request here - shampoo, earplugs, hairdryer, water, etc. The only down side is the room with street view can hear the traffic sound all day. But for the price they charging for per night stay, I'll not complain. Just request for earplugs from the friendly receptionist, light sleeper like me had good sleep for two nights. Definitely will come back again.
