Kuala Lumpur Spa Hotels

The room is very spacious. High ceiling, aircond very cold even though set temperature for 27 degree. Very comfortable and cosy. Things to improve: 1. Inadequate kitchen utilities in example no bowl / plate /spoon / fork provided. 2. Need to change television to at least android / smart tv.

I recently stayed here for 4 nights as a first-time solo female traveler and had an overall positive experience. My room was very clean and spacious for one person, with a great view and a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax. The air conditioning was strong and kept the room at a perfect temperature, while the hot water and water pressure in the shower were consistently good. The staff were friendly and polite, always ready to help with any questions. A few minor issues came up during my stay: the TV channels had a tendency to glitch, and I had to call a technician multiple times, especially after turning the TV off. If you're using Grab, be prepared for some delays as the road in front of the hotel is usually busy. The location is a bit of a walk (12-14 minutes) from the nearest LRT station, so if you enjoy walking like I do, it's not a big deal; otherwise, it might feel a bit far. The lobby can feel crowded since it’s on the smaller side, and while the breakfast is decent, I’d love to see a bit more variety, and quicker replenishing of items would be nice too. Overall, a good choice if you’re looking for a comfortable, clean room with friendly service!

great location- walking distance to many malls around the area. staff are great and friendly they bumped me up to a deluxe room (though can’t tell the difference but appreciate it). enjoyed the comforts of the room 🤗

Service : From front desk, housekeeping, f&B.. they did a great job! LOcation : nearby to KLCC, MRT, LRT, public transport, can reach by walking distance. Kids Friendly hotel : YES! Swimming pool : yes. Clean and got kids pool. Breakfast : Nice. Variety of local food and they keep refill the food, which is very good. Overall its a amazing stay for me and kids.

For the second time we stayed here in Pullman and this time we chose to stay in 2 room apartment. It was not as great as our first time stay (last time we stay in king room). It was the cleanliness that become the issue. Hope it can be improved, and repaired the broken things in the bathroom so it would meet the 5 star hotel level. Anyway the food served is still superb!

Overall a pleasant stay with great service. Kudos to Mark who was of great help and his excellent service. The only qualm I have is that the pillows are too soft. They impacted my sleep. In addition, the place was slightly dusty, my husband and I developed hives during our stay.

This is my 2nd time staying here. The hotel and service didn't disappoint me. The staff is friendly and helpful from the frontliners, the in-room service and cleaners. I enjoyed my time at the spa. The location is within walking distance to KLCC & Pavilion. I will come back again.

Im really discovering Shangrila. Variety of breakfast. I request for my friends birthday deco but it very last minute so they give a box of handcraft chocolate, a rose, and wish card. My package also included 2 tickets of kl hop on and hop off. Got bluetooth speaker in room also! I really enjoy the trip and staycation this time. All staff very polite and helpful. 4 days stay at this amazing hotel walking distance to Pavilion, Berjaya Time Square and TRX exchange shopping mall. the service and staff is great, very polite. I will definitely stay here again.

Had an amazing stay! Stayed for 4nights..... service and amenities was great 👍🏼👍🏼 Hotel is conveniently located next to Pavilion, which makes it easier for my friend and I to get quick bites or go shopping :)) Special thanks to staff, Daljeet (apologies if it's wrong!) for ensuring our check-in and out process was smooth. Also, the bellman/concierge who helped with our luggages. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely come back again 😁
