Shower not child friendly, no wifi Call so many times but no one came to solve the issues

Everything was good. Would refer for stay to friends and will also stay during my next visit. Extended one more day too.

Great food, and good variety of food options in the town and a great place for special occasion dining with friends and families, the hospitality was really good and the staff were very accomodating and special mention to Nandini for her work!!!

It’s a nice place to stay, closer to major temples in kumbakonam with a wonderful restaurant. The staffs are friendly. Few suggestions - the rooms are really nice and comfortable, but washrooms are showing wear and tear. Also, if parking can be well planned.

We often used to go this hotel not for staying. Because we are also from kumbakonam. It’s the best hotel in town, you can book here without any hesitation. Food is very hygienic and tasty. Whenever we go my eyes will search for Nandhini. Her hospitality and way of approaching is too humble. Everyone here is too professional in their work. Must visit!

I wish to express my disappointment with Quality Inn Viha Kumbakonam, which lacks hospitality. All this while, I did not face many issues here, but this time, it has gone over the board and did not meet my expectations at all. During check in, the lobby has no air conditioning (AC). This is extremely bad in any hotel. The members of the front office apparently did not know about the room I requested for, until they almost gave me another room. This is poor planning from the management side. There is only one member of staff who carried my bags, moved the extra bed and furnitures in the room and handling housekeeping etc. How is this professional? The worst is my breakfast experience in Annalakshmi. This restaurant has been one of the best in the city, but this status has collapsed. There is no buffet, but only a-la-carte, with no menu card to show the items which are available such as idly, dosa etc. How will I know what is available if there is no menu? Mentioning that dosa and idly is available is not the professional way in a hotel restaurant. Please find the attached images of the ‘buffet’. It looks pathetic. Why is cucumber labelled as salad? What is the meaning of salad? Cereal is present with no cereal bowls. How will the guest eat then? There are no pastries. The handwash area is not clean, no tissue paper and hand-dryer isn’t working. How will I have the confidence of choosing Quality Inn again if it is more of a budget hotel? I have had issues with the rooms during my previous stay, which was rectified. But this is completely unacceptable. I’m sorry to say this but I am downgrading this hotel to 2 Stars. I have found my alternative hotel which was recently opened, meeting all my expectations of a proper hotel.
