The hotel receptionist provides excellent service. She helped me with my luggage while I was outside walking in to the hotel!! Normal check out time is 2pm! And helped us with luggage, how to use app to book taxi. How comfortable and easy. Boutique hotel. Lovely lounge. I like one of the books and wanted to have it. They are not for sell. I requested the receptionist to put up request with her manager and she willingly helped me and got the approval to buy the book.

The hotel is right next to Dian Lake and the room is very big. The location is great👍🏻. The room is fully equipped and large enough. The breakfast is not rich, only a bowl of noodles. You should at least add a few eggs! Everything else is good! Recommended to stay!
