A descent hotel for transit purpose.
The upside of it is it's near proximity to the southern railway station. Besides, to visit to city center the metro station (Lianda, 联大）of line-4 is within 10min walking distance too.
If there is something to improve, I would recommend give more attention to cleanliness of the toilet as we do see clear stains of urine when we first arrived，which isn't really ideal

Many students live on the first floor and shout at night. The hot water is not hot but can only be warm. If you choose to be close, there is no problem. , but it’s not very friendly to get up early to catch the bus.
