酒店原先是一個療養院，裏面的環境挺好的，可以散步，去滇池景區步行過去大概就10分鐘，打車去市區大概15-20分鐘，出行也挺方便的。

窗明幾凈，陽光明媚，房間裏床品，廁所，浴室乾淨清爽！弧形的飄窗實在太美！關鍵是服務質量有序、上乘！前台熱情周到.
在這次這家酒店住了一週，根本不想離開。餐廳早中晚都有大自足餐，菜品豐盛，撘配小吃，糕點，水果，咖啡，酸奶，飲料一應俱全！
湖中湖邊有亭子，綠樹濃蔭，早晨、傍晚在酒店散步兩圈足夠鍛鍊量。
今天一大早就退房離開興華酒店，回到我的家，下午才發現自己的翡翠玉項鍊掉在興華梅花苑的床上了，滿心焦慮，於是打電話給酒店銀杏苑的總枱，接電話的已最快的速度幫我找到了，很快我就收到了快遞單！這是怎樣一家酒店呀，點贊！
這也難怪我三年前偶然遇到興華，從此每一年都到昆明住一段，衹住興華，在這兒看書，散步，用電腦做我的PPT。謝謝興華！
