之前參會來過，服務很好，很專業，這次自己住，很棒的酒店， 前台也很專業，主動問了對房間的需求，客房服務員主動問好，面帶微笑，房間環境挺新的，比較商務，衞生也不錯，早餐還專門留座了，服務員送咖啡，下午去了露天泳池，人不算多，水質也可以，據説晚上還可以泡温泉，很滿意的酒店，期待下次再住

前台不錯，服務貼心，房間衞生也可以，房間枕頭太軟了，讓客房換了其他枕頭，反饋很快速，房間還可以喝茶，茶具看着也很精緻，出門就可以拍照打開，有度假的感覺，還有温泉泳池，休息帶着小朋友一起來

參加會議臨時入住的酒店，酒店的園林環境很棒，入住的清蓮池出門就是泳池，很適合拍照打卡，非常出片，辦理前台小姐姐很漂亮，態度也很不錯，房間看起來是新裝修的，很適合年輕人的審美，房間有個茶席台，茶葉燒水壺都有，看起來也很乾凈，路過一個泳池，水質看着也不錯，很多小朋友在裏面游泳，行程安排的比較緊張沒有好好體驗，下次休假還會選擇這家酒店入住的

昆明中轉，西山周圍的高檔酒店不算多，雲安會都也算是本土明星酒店，之前參加會議來過，也是第一次入住，服務很棒，前台也很專業，遇見客房服務員還主動問好了，行李不太好拿，服務員主動幫忙送到了房間，房間裝修風格是我喜歡的，比較雅緻商務，早餐也不錯，缺點就是早餐得去到另外一棟樓，進去有專屬的留座區，服務員會送上咖啡或者牛奶，菜品比較符合雲南口味，樓上有商務宴請的包房，環境不錯，菜品也很好吃，下次還會再來

位置偏，服務極差，訂的大床房結果給了雙床，找過前台兩次説因為沒有房間了，銷售給的訂單就是雙床，還要住客自己去聯繫他們銷售，在最後一再要求才給換了大床房，至始至終沒有一點道歉的意思，早餐也很隨意，980一晚的價格真是離譜，來參會也不建議住在這裏。

預訂的清蓮池，沒有任何通知在入住時通！知！我被“升級”到了貴賓樓，好吧請看一下這就是升級的房間！打開門看到的是一片狼藉沒有打掃過房間！至少20年前的裝修設施，衞生間到處發黴痕跡，馬桶沖不乾淨，電視機高糊到讓你懷疑視力！整個酒店完全沒有服務意識，難怪入住的都是會務組或者旅行團，根本不可能有個人選擇預訂這麼差的酒店！而且在這個時間價格接近2000！好奇是什麼樣的背景造就這個傲嬌的酒店，可怕（￣口￣）!!
