Very considerate. 2. A light in the room I stayed in was broken. It was very dark and inconvenient to look in the mirror and put on makeup. After calling the front desk, I changed the room and helped me move my luggage to the new room. Sanitation: The room is clean and tidy. Environment: Very good. Facilities: Some facilities are old, such as hair dryers. Some lights cannot be turned on, which will cause some troubles to guests. I hope the inn can make some improvements and do better. One very surprising thing is that the hotel remembered my birthday and gave me a small gift. I appreciate it. Thank you very much. If I have the opportunity to come to Kunming again, I will choose to stay here again.
