If friends who come to Kunming don’t know where to live, they can really choose this homestay. It is a small villa garden. The environment and decoration are really a must. They are all filmed. There is also a leisure area on the first floor. There are fitness massage board games mahjong. If there are many friends, you can play below. The atmosphere is super good! The room is also very clean and the towels are disposable! The most important thing is that the bosses are super good, help us with our luggage, the service attitude is also very good, there is a free breakfast in the morning, and the powder is delicious. All our needs will be met by the boss hahahahaha thank you very much! ! ! I will come to this homestay again next time I come to Kunming! ! !

This hotel is right next to Colorful Yunnan Happy World, just a wall away. Every time I bring my son to Colorful Yunnan, we always stay here! We've been staying for three or four years straight! I especially want to praise the staff service, it's absolutely amazing [thumb up R]! Staff members arrive within five minutes. The front desk staff, Xiao Liang, is beautiful and kind. When we checked in, our luggage was taken all the way to our room. Since the food delivery robot was a bit slow, the concierge even delivered the items directly to our door!

The room was quite spacious and the location was very quiet, perfect for my leisurely stroll. The surroundings are very nice, very close to Dianchi Lake. You can walk to the edge of the lake, and bike rides and strolls along the greenway are very pleasant. The Laoyuchi Wetland is particularly beautiful, and it's not far from the Dounan Flower Market. The pick-up service from the high-speed rail station was also very good. The driver was very attentive and sent me a message with directions to exit the station. The staff at both the front desk and the restaurant were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the champagne of home stays. We have been travelling for nearly a year and this has to be hands down the best experience we’ve had. Joy and the team here was absolutely wonderful. World class customer service. Among all the highlights was also the breakfast on the rooftop. Such such incredible food. I can’t talk highly enough of this place. The room itself is cosy and gorgeous with high quality finishings. We loved it here so much we spent more time in this homestay than outside. Shout out to the brothers who helped us prepare breakfast tirelessly and even helped us bike some very heavy luggage’s on our way back to grab a didi. This will be our go-to place whenever we are in Kunming.

I heard that during peak season, these guesthouses are incredibly expensive and impossible to book. Although they're near a popular cafe in Haiyan Village by Dianchi Lake, the area is relatively quiet and less crowded. When I arrived at the hotel, a gentle breeze and light rain were blowing. I sat on a rocking stool by the floor-to-ceiling window, enjoying the comfort and completely forgetting the fatigue of my journey! The room was decorated in a creamy style, with smart remote control throughout. They even prepared a bowl of fragrant local rice noodles for breakfast. It's best to contact the front desk 15 minutes in advance to get the village entrance location, as cars aren't allowed to enter, so you won't waste time!

After comparing many hotels nearby, I finally chose this one. I was pleasantly surprised. There's a parking lot next to the hotel. The decoration is very new, the room is very clean and spacious. It's a smart room. The hotel also has an elevator, so there's no need to climb stairs. It's perfect for two girls. The most heartwarming thing is that we stayed during the Mid-Autumn Festival, and the owner also shared some delicious food with me. It's awesome. I highly recommend it to my friends.

We did not realize the lobby, the hotel, the swimming pool and the breakfast area are all in different locations, requiring walking some distance to each, mind you very tired from playing all day in the park 😂. Other than that everything else was excellent, especially the service staff, very friendly.

Since Haitang Village is a real village, the accommodation inside is basically a self-built house and a homestay. We chose a small Wagen Inn with a very good evaluation environment. I didn't expect to have one of the best unforgettable experiences in life in this small inn. The owner of this store is a real ”fat man” store with 6 cats, and the characters are super good to touch and hug, all adopted by the boss. The room decoration is very new, there is a smart voice butler, forced to push room 301, very quiet and well lit. At night, when the guests are almost back, they will bartending us for free. More than 800 bottles of red wine will be opened. We have a full bottle of 40-degree pure whiskey. A group of people from different cities gather together to play games and tell stories and take photos... The atmosphere is really good to explode, After 10 o'clock in the evening, I was afraid of noisy other guests. We invited ourselves to the room to continue to play and chat until two in the morning. It was a pity that the boss did not drink, otherwise the room rate could be halved. If there is still a chance to come to this village in the future, I will choose Xiaowagen Inn countless times! Give a sputum burst ❗️❗️

和朋友結伴到滇池周邊遊玩，選擇清溪漫居入住，體驗感超出預期。民宿是雅緻的新中式風格，小院安靜愜意，氛圍感十足，閑暇坐着聊天十分舒服。房間打掃得乾淨整潔，居住感受很好。老闆熱情和善，細心分享撈魚河、海晏村遊玩攻略。店裡四季、十方兩衹小貓温順親人，擼貓特別治癒。地理位置便利，去往各個景點路程很近，對比周邊民宿性價比很高，和朋友短途旅行非常推薦，下次再來還會選擇這裏。

I stayed for three nights, and overall, my experience was very satisfying. This hotel left the deepest impression on me during my trip to Yunnan. The private courtyard and hot spring gave it a real resort feel, and the quiet environment was perfect for relaxation. The breakfast quality was excellent; in addition to the usual offerings, there were freshly cooked items like pan-fried steak and fresh shrimp, which I looked forward to every morning. The service was an even bigger bonus. Our butler drove us to the mountaintop restaurant for breakfast, and any requests we had during our stay were promptly met. The whole process felt very comfortable—not overly intrusive, but help was always available immediately when needed. When we checked out, they even thoughtfully gave us some tea as a souvenir, which was a lovely touch. If you're looking for a hotel genuinely suited for a vacation and unwinding, I think it's definitely worth experiencing. I'll certainly come back if I have the chance.
