The room was excellent, I'm very satisfied! The food was also great! Especially Rita from the front desk, she was super nice! Her efficiency was top-notch, and she patiently explained everything I didn't understand. The service was absolutely spot-on, and I had a wonderful stay. Check-in was orderly and prompt, and it was great value for money. The check-in process was simple and quick, and the thoughtful service added extra warmth to my trip.

The hotel is located near a popular restaurant area which gets pretty lively every night. The rooms was great, first floor was the toilet and living room located, on the second floor there were two bedrooms, although one room had more like a mattress on the ground so it’s more like a futon. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay again in this location, if I should ever visit Kunming again.

Very close to Haile World and charging piles are very convenient! The log style design is very textured, the room is well lit, clean and odorless, the bedding is skin-friendly, and I don't want to get up when I lie down. It is convenient to eat, drink and play around, and travel is convenient. The details are super intimate, there are free tea bags, intimate supper, the service is not deliberate but very warm. The overall experience is full, recommended to all friends who come to travel!

Honestly, this hotel's rating is definitely underestimated. It's a traditional, established five-star hotel. We got a free room upgrade, and the room was very spacious. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are all high-quality. The hotel also has a large parking lot and lobby, and the breakfast area is huge with a wide variety of options. I've stayed at Century Golden Resources in Chongqing, which is a renowned hotel there. I'm not sure why it seems to be perceived as lesser in Kunming; it's severely underrated. They offer free umbrella rentals, and there's a huge shopping mall nearby, making everything very convenient. The best part is that the prices didn't even go up during the May Day holiday, which is incredibly fair. The only drawback is that they are currently undergoing renovations, so it's a bit noisy during the day. However, we were out exploring during the day, so we mostly avoided the noise. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was great, so I slept very soundly at night. The hotel room feels very new, not at all like it was renovated in 2016, and the hygiene is excellent. I could even smell the faint scent of UV sterilization on the duvet, which was very reassuring. The hotel also offered complimentary late-night snacks and afternoon tea. Although I didn't have time to enjoy them, the gesture itself is highly commendable. The location is superb. It's just a few minutes' drive to Guandu Ancient Town or the Yunnan Provincial Museum, and it's even within walking distance. The natural environment is lovely. Right outside is a cherry blossom park, and opening the window in the morning, you can hear birds chirping. Coupled with the lush greenery, it's very therapeutic. The front desk staff, Xiaobai and Xiaojin, were incredibly attentive. They even gave me bottled water and helped with my luggage when I checked out. Overall, it far exceeded my expectations.

The hotel environment is great, fully smart. It's also convenient to order takeout, and there are restaurants downstairs. The price isn't expensive, highly recommended. Check-out was also easy, and the front desk staff provided excellent service, even helping us get into the hotel when it was raining.
