This was a truly delightful surprise! Honestly, I've stayed at most of the hotels near Tongde, and this one definitely exceeded my expectations. It's very new, super clean, and the service was excellent. The breakfast spread was quite good too, and they were constantly replenishing items. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. This will probably become my go-to place from now on. Parking and EV charging are also very convenient, as the hotel has a huge parking lot, and there are plenty of street food vendors and local shops nearby.

The check in process was efficient and the young lady at the reception was helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, the room we were given had a garbage bag with durian shell behind the door and it looked like the floor hadn’t been cleaned properly. We were given another room. The bathroom was clean but again, the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Still hair on the floor, the carpet had crumps on it, the coffee table oily residue from someone’s meal. So, I’m sorry to say, I was disappointed.

The facilities in the city house really exceeded expectations! The air conditioning temperature of the room is very stable, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the sofa and coffee table are also very intimate, and there is a large-size TV, which is very convenient for leisure and office. The overall environment is quiet and tidy, the details are in place, the living is particularly comfortable, the five-star experience is properly recommended to friends who come to Kunming!
