This stay exceeded expectations! The room is gentle creamy, the room is exactly the same as the picture, this gold content is very high, the design of the warm light belt is very atmospheric, and I like the photo. Hygienic: The sanitation is very good, the room is very clean, the bedding is soft, very comfortable, and a good night's sleep. Facilities: The bathroom in our room is separated from wet and dry. The facilities are very new. The smart toilet and disposable supplies are all prepared. The hair dryer is very windy. The long hair will be blown in a while. The projection effect is also superb. It is so cool to watch a movie in bed at night. What I especially like is that this room also has a full-length mirror, which is too friendly to the sisters who come out to play. Environment: The environment is very good. The room I stayed on the first day can also see the doughnuts on the roadside. It is very pleasant at night. The location of the beautiful hotel is very good. There is a place to eat downstairs. It takes only ten minutes to go to the old street. It is quite convenient. Service: This is the first place to be praised. The front desk responded to the message in a timely manner. The whole process was smooth and the needs could be solved quickly. It feels super good. The only pity is that the room was booked. We changed a room the next day. I didn't expect this room to be more pleasantly surprised. The view is too good.

Staying in a newly renovated hotel is just so comfortable! It's clean and tidy, and the family room is spacious enough, with one 1.8-meter bed and one 1.35-meter bed – it's hard to find a room like this. My two kids and I stayed there and it was super comfortable! The room was very quiet at night, and the blackout curtains were excellent; it was completely dark even during the day when closed. The hotel's environment fully matched the pictures shown online. Every staff member, including the cleaning aunties, was warm, polite, and provided thoughtful service – it was truly heartwarming! The breakfast was abundant, and the three stir-fried dishes in the hot food section were different every day and tasted great! We stayed for ten consecutive days and were satisfied every single day. The hotel's location is also excellent, in the old district of Wuhua, so nothing is far away! Behind it is the Kunming Zoo, which has a large, shady garden with lots of trees and many animals, plus some amusement park rides that the kids really enjoyed. The only minor flaw is: when room cleaning doesn't require changing the sheets, it would be great if the beds could still be made neatly. Guests who have had a long day would surely feel much better returning to a tidy room!

You can tell this is an older, star-rated hotel, but it clearly hasn't been updated and feels a bit dated. We booked a family room, which was a suite with two bathrooms and three sinks. The room was super spacious, but the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable and made noise constantly. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was in an awkward spot, and there was nowhere to dry clothes. The breakfast quality was average; the selection wasn't huge, but they had the basics. The location is truly excellent, just a few minutes' walk to Cuihu Lake, and it's also very convenient for getting to the old town. It's very close to Panjiayao Metro Station. The service was very good, and the staff were all enthusiastic.

The room was very clean and located in an alley off Qianju Street, offering a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. I stayed in a ground-floor room with a courtyard, which was also beautiful. Getting a courtyard room can be a bit of a gamble though; if the guests in the neighboring courtyard room are noisy, it can get quite loud (I encountered a very boisterous family who were playing loudly in the courtyard in the evenings and at noon). It's very close to Cuihu Park, making it super convenient to visit Cuihu, Wenlin Street, and Wenhua Alley, all of which are within walking distance. There are also plenty of food options nearby, including mushroom dishes, 'xiaoguo mixian' (small pot rice noodles), 'douhua mixian' (tofu pudding rice noodles), and sweet soups – basically all local specialties. The back gate of the Yunnan Military Academy is right outside. It would be even better if the courtyard room had a screen door with a lock, as that would allow for better ventilation.

The hotel experience for this trip was great! The location is very good and convenient to travel. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and the environment was quiet and not noisy. The service staff was warm and thoughtful, and the demand was very fast. The overall price is very high, the stay is comfortable, I will choose this next time, I recommend everyone!

This hotel has an excellent location which is just to the south of Cuihu Park. It is within walking distance to quite a few tourist sites. There is also a supermarket nearby, plus numerous number of restaurants. The staff were in general friendly. The buildings were old, and the room was old-fashioned. The soundproofing was poor. The breakfast was quite basic, and doesn't seem to change for the duration of our stay.

The facilities are a bit old but still functional. The bedside wiring was a bit messy, making charging inconvenient. That's minor, but the toilet flush had a rebound issue. I called for ages, even contacting them through Trip.com, and they told me to call the front desk directly instead of through Trip.com for quicker service. But I waited a long time, then called the room phone again, and waited and waited. Finally, someone came to fix it, which was a 5-minute job that somehow took 20 minutes – that's ridiculous. Otherwise, there were no major issues, and it was pretty quiet for sleeping at night.

The twin room was located on the side of the room, making it very quiet. The beds were significantly larger than the double beds. The staff were very patient and accommodating to our needs each time. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, and it's also very affordable! Recommended.

I have traveled to Kunming many times and visited all the famous attractions. This time I returned to Kunming, and I especially wanted to visit the former site of the Southwest Associated University and the Yunnan Army Lecture Hall. These two schools have produced numerous talents, many of whom are the backbone of the Chinese nation! Worth a look! Our hotel is located between the two schools, with convenient transportation, convenient and diverse food, warm service, and cheap prices. It is one of the most cost-effective hotels nearby.
