The front desk lady provided excellent service. As soon as I entered the lobby, she proactively offered me tea. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, absolutely spotless, and there wasn't a single piece of trash in the hallway – it looked incredibly comfortable. I spoke with their housekeeping supervisor, who was very meticulous in explaining their work process. Thumbs up for a fantastic housekeeping supervisor!

I always meticulously check reviews before traveling now. First off, it's really close to the train station, just a couple of intersections away. Secondly, I noticed other guests praising the service. When I arrived in the evening, the staff had already contacted me in advance and warmly explained everything. My food delivery hadn't arrived yet, and the staff, concerned about a long wait, arranged for it to be brought up to my room. They were also very thoughtful in explaining the breakfast options. The room itself was quite spacious, perfect for a family of three, and the hallway was pretty quiet.

Having traveled to over 20 countries, this is my first time reviewing an accommodation. When you're on the road, you often miss home. But not here! We booked the Loft, with a living room on the first floor and a bedroom on the second, it felt just like home. We enjoyed tea daily, and the hotel even provided complimentary afternoon tea. The 24-hour butler service was excellent, always available and responsive. They thoughtfully prepared a travel guide for us. The daily breakfast was a delicious mix of Chinese and Western options! We will definitely be back.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and my experience was absolutely fantastic. The location is great, near Kunming Station, and very close to MixC and Spring City 66, so the surrounding amenities are super convenient. The service was top-notch, and staying on a high floor allowed for amazing night views. The best part, though, was the incredibly comfortable swimming pool. I highly recommend it to everyone! Service: The service was absolutely fantastic! I was experiencing altitude sickness when I arrived, and the lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful, assisting me with various adjustments. She even guided me late at night on how to order oxygen tank delivery (the small shop downstairs, run by non-hotel staff, sold them, but the owner was often absent, and prices weren't clearly marked, making purchases difficult). I was able to change my room if I wasn't satisfied and even got a free upgrade. Cleanliness: The room was very clean and tidy. Environment: There was a slight furniture smell inside, but it wasn't a big issue. The hotel's external location is right next to the train station, within walking distance of Kunming Railway Station. Facilities: The facilities were quite comprehensive, and the front desk staff did their best to accommodate requests.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Holiday Inn Kunming. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family of four. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station, making it a great choice for travelers catching an early morning train. A special thank you to Harriet and Amy at reception. We had some issues with a food delivery order, and they were quick to assist and follow up until everything was sorted out. Their helpfulness made our stay much smoother. The hotel also has good self-service laundry facilities, with washing machines and dryers that worked very well, a big plus for families and longer trips. There are plenty of good food options nearby too. We found a great local restaurant just a 5-minute walk from the hotel and have included a photo for reference. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service and a very convenient location. We would gladly stay here again.

Our best stay during our family trip to Yunnan from Malaysia. The staff members carried our suitcases during check-in and check-out as our rooms were upstairs and there are no elevators in this hotel. Rooms were clean and well furnished with comfortable beds, with complimentary local treats and pu-erh tea that you can brew in the rooms. The complimentary sweet soup (late night snack), fresh soy milk and Guo Qiao Mi Xian (breakfast) were delicious with fresh ingredients. We also enjoyed the free activities such as tea-tasting and qipao/hanfu photography sessions during our stay. The hotel also has a common area on ground floor (where we had breakfast) for customers to chat, relax or enjoy their takeaway meals. Deeply appreciate the staff members for accompanying us while we wait for our ride in the rain at the e-hailing ride pick-up point (a 2-minute walk from the hotel as vehicles are not allowed to drive through).

This hotel is really Amway! 🛏️ The bedding is clean and comfortable, the toiletries are also carefully selected, and the details are controlled with ecstasy. The small table in the living room is equipped with a sofa, and it is super comfortable to drink tea and chat.～ The garden flower art on the second floor is too stylish, and the photos are absolutely perfect. The service is intimate, the facilities are complete, the bean is printed, the chess and card are all, and the living is as safe as going home. The treasures close their eyes and rush! !

This hotel is a standout among budget-friendly options. Overall, my stay was quite good. The location is very convenient, less than fifteen minutes from the high-speed train station, and there are eateries right downstairs. Plus, there's a barbecue and snack stall across the street at night, making it super easy to get around and shop. The room was also exceptionally clean. The facilities were complete, the space was generous, and the latex mattress was incredibly soft and comfortable – an absolute lifesaver for someone like me who struggles with sleep; I slept very soundly. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the disposable slippers and toiletries were of good quality. The front desk lady was warm and patient, handled check-in efficiently, and even escorted me to my room. Her attention to detail and willingness to help with anything was much appreciated. The laundry room is also a huge plus! Excellent value for money!!!
