Superb location. Great service. They have cultural activities (Noh and Geisha dance performance) on the weekend

This is the first time I give a bad comment on hotel that ranging this price. Although the location of the hotel is nice, the staff here are not well trained and impolite, which is not really deserve this price and this standard. The staff at the front desk is very impatient, and the attitude is quite rude, such as pointing finger while talking, and is not helpful at all. Compare with other hotel which are less expensive, the attitude is unacceptable, and staff here seems lack of training and passion to work, and not being nice. The room is not really cleaned up well, and there are some insects on the rooftop.

I stayed here for 2 days and 1 night. The interior was very stylish with a modern Japanese modern atmosphere. The kaiseki French dinner was also very satisfying with a luxurious course meal. The breakfast was also delicious. The Yubatake was about a 5 minute walk away, so it was easy to get to. However, the parking lot was a little far away, which was a bit inconvenient. There is a minibus shuttle between the hotel and the parking lot, but it was a bit crowded at check-out and took a while. Overall, it was a very good place to stay and I would like to stay again.

This hotel is outstanding. This time our family of four traveled and came to this hot spring hotel. The room was very spacious, very neat and clean. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time.
