Very nice experience wid a private beach opened till late. Food is good wid me aditya giving very good feel and take care of guests

Very poor service. Property requires maintenance. It is huge spread property and they do not have any golf cart or any facility to move to room. Guest needs to walk from reception area to room. One will get lot of perspiration if u go in summer. Reception area is very basic. Open reception area so if u go in summer prepare ur self because staff is very slow and you have to wait. In room they will give u only towels , no hand towel. Very basic things are also missing. Overall very bad experience

The worst place. Worst rooms. Worst food. Worst staff, especially Jayesh sanghvi.Dont waste money. We have visited so many resorts across India but this Serena was worst overall. They serve bogus and tasteless food, rooms were very dirty, don't go there.

All indoor games not free and free games are broken. So not enjoyed at all. Expensive resort due to limited facilities available. Service water quality is poor. Any one book resorts due to games and all other facilities to utilize their vacation. Mrp 20 rs. Drinking water is sold at 60 rs price.

There was no water pressure in washroom, even blankets were not appropriate, property is good but very very highly priced zero facilities in room, door were not able to be lashed

Beautifully maintained and beautiful property, one of the cleanest beaches and great arrangements around the beach. Fantastic restaurant on beach with brilliant view. Beautiful cottages and approachable. Only thing was food was pretty expensive.

Property is amazing, the location is at a great place the food was very good quality hygiene was maintained. Really like the quiet and serene the place was. Have a feedback for water supply in the water supply is very slow and in the morning hot water was not available on request as well. Room service was an issue. I was really happy with the staff they were cooperative and very cheerful which gave good vibes. I left my charger at the hotel room however within 5 minutes of departure i got a call from the hotel to collected and this was a saviour. All in all the overall experience was great due to which i can definitely neglect one or two issues. Enjoyed my stay.
