We had to cancel our trip due to my very sick fiancé and 17 month old. Unfortunatley nothing they wanted to do about it after asking kindly for a future credit as this was already our 5th stay in the hotel. Good companies you get to know when something goes wront, as also in this case. Unfortunately they were unwilling to work with us as a returning customer, completely not understandable as someone who runs a company himself.

Quite simply it’s not a 5 star hotel, lack of quality in all areas. Good location however. Terrible value for money. I would rate the hotel a very good 3 star or poor 4 star. Lacks quality, and strong management, it’s the finer touches, there aren’t any.

Hotel tres bien placé, mais pas du tout un 5*, à part pour le prix. Chambres bruyantes, musique jusque minuit, rideaux non occultants... on demande une boite d'allumettes à 22h on vous dit qu'il n'y en a pas, pas de briquet non plus à vous donner/vendre, on vous dit de prendre votre voiture et d'aller en ville vous en acheter un... Du jamais vu pour un 5*, ca n'en est donc bien pas un.... La note elle, c'est bien celle d'un palace à 900€ la nuit tout compris.

Habituée a venir dans ce bel hôtel, le manque de personnel se ressent bien que ce dernier fasse le maximum pour nous apporter des bonnes conditions de séjour. Les chambres sont moins bien entretenues. Au petit déjeuner, obtenir un café avec la machine à café qui se bloque devient un chalenge et les serveurs sont débordés. Le pain baguette est vite en rupture et les autres pains ne sont plus proposés. Dommage.
